This has a lot of tough moves but they’re much more manageable in 20 second bursts. Before you know it you’ll be done! Thanks for another great workout!

I was an after party today (just finished it) because I woke up at 9AM for the first time in years! I did the Stretching before! Great Tabata today, with some modifications but I did it! Thank you Jane, Kellie and Chris for this challenge. ❤

Terrific Tabata Tuesday ladies! Always so much fun with guests in the house - I love seeing the modifications. Thanks for keeping us moving quick and having fun. I enjoyed all the rounds of this workout; my heartrate was up, and I was feeling every move. Can't wait for the next one!

It was another morning of not feeling the mood to workout, but I put this on and I was not disappointed! Those tabata moves pack a big punch in a short period of time. I also enjoyed the addition of weights to add to the cardio. Thanks so much for these fun workouts that always make me glad I chose to be active!

Whenever I see these 30 minute workouts, I mentally prepare to add on a class that I missed earlier in the week. But that plan dissipates quickly, when I see how intense these 30 minutes are. I associate Jane with one of my favorite workouts from a long time ago, I forget what it was, but I have it saved. I think it's a cardio core? I used to like Jen's favorite moves but breakdancers and mule/frogs are tough on my wrists so now I prefer Amanda And Jane's.
