Male over 55: I really like the movement and thinking that goes with this workout. I am not quite able to do all the moves because it takes me a while to figure some of them out. I am sweating and tired when done. With practice, I could do all of the moves. Great Workout.

Once again. Great workout. I am sweating and tired when done. I have to think about the moves as I do the exercise. I work on flexibility so I can continue to exercise outside. I feel great and am ready for the rest of the day. My balance is improving.

Workout #1: Hey everyone Happy Easter to those who celebrate... This workout is perfect for a Sunday wheb everyobe wabts to chill but still remain active.... I love the Sunday walks... I already consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal so far today... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 307 calories and completed 3,198 steps... I am going to do BG 12min tabata timer again to do a lowerbody dumbbell workout and then a short wrist free yoga practice... My green smoothie today is spinach kale green cabbage pineapple banana & flax seeds blended with water... See You All Mañana For Another Fiesta 🎉 🐰

@@cindybear6152 I make 3 32oz jars everyday to get my 1.5Lbs of greens in... If you want to make 1 32oz Smoothie you could use 8oz of greens, fruit depends how sweet you want, with flax seeds start with a tablespoons for one jar (I add 4 tablespoons) and add enough water so it is the consistency you like... some people like a thick smoothie and some like thin I prefer in between... For me I like to add the most greebs I can tolerateand the least amount of fruit but I still want to taste good
