A very nice workout for them lazy days! It's quite calm and easy to follow, but you still get pretty sweaty throughout it. It's the type of workout that will leave you in a good mood and full of energy!

I've only done 3 of these workouts, but I absolutely love them! I love that they are standing workouts. I love the visual and auditory countdown timer. I love the variety of exercises. I love that they are done in short intervals; makes me feel I can do anything if I only have to do it for 30 seconds. And I love the "next" preview; gives me a chance to figure out the exercise move before we "work". I'm now on a mission to do all of them! Thank you

I'm absolutely thrilled and glad to have found you came up in my recommendation!!❤️ Ive stopped working out for more than a decade and I thought I give this workout a try. I'm surprised I pulled through almost given up after every set and when I finally completed the workout I was jumping for joy!! This came up on my feed and I just finished this workout. I have to say for someone who HATES cardio, I really enjoyed this a lot! I love the ad placement right at the active rests so it doesn't interfere with the workout itself. I finished the whole thing without pausing which is quite a feat for me! I do have a question, though...how the hell do you keep a smile on for 30 mins straight!? 😂 Great video, thank you!

You are now my most favorite workout. I love that your sets are 20 seconds and not 45 - 60 seconds long. I will do this everyday except Sunday because I love the variety and I am leaving on vacation August 29th and I want to look great. I really need to Tone and I feel with your variety of exercises I can do it.

Wow I’m so glad this came up in my recommendations! I’ve been looking for a safe cardio workout to do on non-strength training days and because I’ve had prolapse surgery all workouts can be tricky. I can literally do every one of these moves without fear of injury and I love it! Thank you so much 😊

I am 74 and take tabata at the Gym. We are able to get drinks of water during the 10 seconds breaks.and we take a minute break when changing muscle groups or changing weights or equipment. We keep our feet moving and move a little slower because we are all Seniors' there are 30 in the class.

What a quick & sweaty workout! Needed this to wake up this morning. Apple Watch on Mixed Cardio wearing 12# weighted vest and doing the jogging intervals got 270 calories burned with 4,667 steps ~ 2.83 miles WOO -HOO 👯

First time I came across this workout style. I usually do Leslie Swanson's workouts, the walking ones, but those have also jumping and more complicated movements. So I knew I either had to adapt those workouts or find another workout that eases me back into aerobics for heart health especially. Due to a foot injury and time restraints I have not done aerobics too much but I knew as soon as I can I will get into those workouts again. Thank you

Thank you for the great workout. This is the first 30min workout that I’ve actually complete. I lose interest in the workout after 10 minute and feels like it take forever so I usually stick to 10-15 min exercise. But this doesn’t feel long at all and I really enjoy it. Thank you.

Outstanding routine! I'm subscribing because of how authentic your routine is and how simple (no equipment) it is. I specially liked the fact that you began to sweat. This told me your video was done in one continuous take. Silly me, I did all of the moves even the black and white ones where I was meant to rest. no regrets because I got twice the calories burned. Thank you for a great video exercise.
