Thank you HasFit team! I have been working out with you for long, here's my results in two months: 1-1,5cm off from arms, 3cm off from belly, 2,5-3cm off from thighs, 1cm off from calves and -1kg weightloss. Without major changes to food (I already eat quite healthy). This means I'm building muscle and I managed to fit to my target pants!

I could be wrong, but I think Claudia is hiding her light under a bushel basket 😆 I’m guessing when she works out at home she is lifting a lot heavier weights (or at least capable of it) and I think it does women a world of good to see other women lifting heavy and being strong. I know she’s strong and I know she does the modified version but you can still do modified versions with heavy weights. Don’t hate on me, just thinking that lady has a lot more in her than she’s showing us 😊

I don’t understand why I’ve been working out, doing all the things recommended for 2 years, than I see people who just seem to get better quicker, while I’m looking out of shape compared to them, and some days I want to give up, does anyone have any advice?

Getting in shape and staying that way can be a challenge. I’m 59 and it takes longer for me to see results now as opposed to when I was 39 but in the last seven months I’ve lost 15 pounds and I see my body composition improve. I’ve been tracking my calories and protein in a simple notebook, weight train with HasFit three days a week by picking a full body workout and doing the same workout each of the three days and increase my load if I can safely do so during those three days and stay active the other days walking and gardening. Also, I pause their videos and do a third set of each exercise if they only do two sets. I eat 1600 calories a day, but if I go over I don’t beat myself up. The weekly average of calories is what I focus on. And increased protein. I don’t count carbs or fat. Sorry for long answer.

@@Sportsaddiction3 I feel you! Been working out for years and I hardly see a difference for the most part. Since about May 22nd I've been watching what I eat and tracking it in an app. Still not seeing weight loss. So I made an appointment for August to be seen by my doctor. Maybe I have an under active thyroid or something else holding me back. Somehow I'll find out why it's so hard for me to lose weight and keep it off.

If you’re wanting to build muscle, make sure you’re getting enough protein. Also, increase the weight of your dumbbells periodically.
