I was surprised by what fell. Haha. Thanks to the 30 days yoga challenge, I’m on day 19 now. Wooohoo! I need to work more on the lower part. My thighs hurt. Huhu more power!

Charlie made a post a few weeks ago addressing complaints that some instructors were hyper-sexulizing yoga. This practice is a great example that there's NOTHING sexy about yoga, in fact, it's the total opposite. I was all over the mat, hot, sweaty and positioned awkwardly. Let's just say, I'm so glad I do yoga in the privacy of my own home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't think instructors should sexualize yoga, it's a cheap distraction. But as a man with eyes, yoga is definitely sexy. And so one part of the practice is to keep Focus away from objectifying what you sense (not to think about the sexiness).. for me

I enjoyed the pace and variation in this class! I did not push and feel very strengthened. Have definitely created pain for myself pushing in backbends before. Love and honor. 🙏🏽

I really love that while this challenge is revisiting many of the same peak poses as the previous challenge, the ways in which you lead us into them are different. Thank you for your creativity in guiding us in such various paths to our destinations. I really struggled with sugarcane today, and really, I’m struggling with everything this week. But these challenges keep me accountable in coming to my mat even when my body feels awful, I feel discouraged, etc. Thank you 🙏

This was a challenging class, but with a beautiful energy flow. Many of the postures we did were a kind of repeat from previous classes. However, the only big difference was the introduction of camel pose and its variations towards the end. Thank you so much, Charlie for this lovely practice ❤🙏🧘♂️

Beautiful mandala sequenced class that gave me a chance to revisit Sugar Cane, which I hadn’t done in years. Loved the balletic flow in camel, which was exhilarating, and the back bending to touch the floor, which was a small challenge for me to overcome with some practice☺️Terrific instruction Charlie, thank you 🙏🏻

Thank you Charlie. This was a super class. Challenging at times especially with camel 🐫 I was no where near my ankles. I did manage when I did the variation with one hand. I love standing splits but I need to work more on my balances 😊👍. Really enjoyed the class 😊💯

Camel pose was very painful for my back, the variations actually felt good so I feel like I’m not setting myself up right before I lean back for camel? Something I definitely need to explore more! Thank you Charlie!!

It was the hardest class for me yet,but i really tryed to do my best🌞 Charlie, could you please give some time to focus on how to not rotate hips while doing a headstand? That would be really helpful 💗

Can I feel challenged and nurtured ? I feel like I’m safe to use the practices for whatever I need that day. You somehow make them all that way 😊 It felt natural to go from lunge into goddess. Never done it before. Would recommend 😂 I was definitely challenged but I was nurturing my sore hips. But I got BOTH sides of sugar cane as if I were just doing a lunge or something. I stopped overthinking 😊

I could follow the mandala better now and found out that I can lift now my knee in side plank on the right. Camel I can do without blocks and untucked feet, longer arms I guess😄 but my backbend did not go all down to the floor back was already sensitive. Feeling great however thanks 😍🤩😍

A gruelling practice for me as vajrasana / kneeling on heels / thunderbolt is impossible for me. I was able to sit with a blanket between bum and heels but it is deeply uncomfortable. I thought... let's push through. I didn't know it would be the default resting pose of the practice. So now I feel as if I just did bootcamp.😅 thank you, though... interesting flow and I did enjoy the camel variations❤

Great opportunity to practice standing splits and dancer’s pose. The hand taps in camel pose look very intimidating and not possible for me. Yet. With time and practice, it can be a reality.

Does anybody has a problem that while your back is completely capable of doing the twist your belly comes in the way? 😅 I gained a little weight this year and now my belly protrudes a little and doesn't fit in twisted lunges😢
