Namaste Sonia, अखण्ड-मण्डलाकारम् व्याप्तम् येन चराचरम्। तत्पदम् दर्शितम् येन तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमह्॥ akhaṇḍa-maṇḍalākāram vyāptam yena carācaram| tatpadam darśitam yena tasmai śrī gurave namah|| (Guru Strotam - Guru Gita) Translation : "I bow to the complete, indivisible universe, the entire energetic system containing all forces, essences, forms and beings working harmoniously. Centered in the heart these forces interconnect and radiate in all directions, unifying existence of all that is moving and unmoving. I stand with this truth and offer gratitude to the guru and all the teachers that give light to this path, to experience infinite divineness, oneness, and the experience of being whole, Akhanda."

I like this practice so much, but I get sick after this practice every time , stomach problem or liver problem according to chinese medication. Is it because this yoga detoxify body so there is some reaction ? Thanks.
