Oh wow! I practice with you every morning for 3+ years, and I’m pretty sure this is the oldest video I’ve seen! 😂 I’m so impressed with how far your production value has come! Content quality is excellent as always! (maybe it’s my age, but I appreciate how you’ve slowed down your flows over the years- I caught myself hustling and holding my breath on this one) Thank you!

I spend around 40 mins for this routine, and it's very good for warming up and emptying my mind before boulders, thanks

I loved the stretch across the chest. I’m a cyclist and this seems like a good post ride routine. Similar muscle groups. Thanks Kassandra. .

This was fantastic!! As a climber, I was especially grateful for all of the work with the antagonist muscles (the pushing ones haha). Super thoughtful session. Would love to see a couple of new yoga for climbers vids! Maybe some focus on forearm and wrist stretching? You are a wonderful leader and teacher. Thanks, as always!

Loved this video! Enjoyed the progression from baby cobra to upward dog. The tip about pressing your knee to the floor during the forward fold was helpful!

This is absolutely our favourite yoga for climbers video! So good for a stretch at home! We've made some videos ourselves on post-climbing stretching, would be great to get your views on the stretches we have shown and anything else we should have added.

Is there any way you can do this same sequence but with the more relaxing voice and music?
@tonyturco34059 жыл бұрын
I've never did yoga before but wanted to to improve my climbing flexibility and balance. I'm pretty not flexibile to the point where most of these poses I was unable to plant my foot flat against the floor or fully straighten my legs very much. Do you think I should go to some of the beginner videos before keeping this routine or do you think it will just get get better by sticking with this one? Thanks for the videos btw!
@yogawithkassandra9 жыл бұрын
+Tony Turco Feel free to keep doing this one and just modify whenever you need to (bend your knees, etc). I'd start integrating some more beginner videos too just to help you establish the foundation but no need to stop this one :) Thanks for watching!

Really enjoyed this!! Will be adding to my routine. Hope you will post more videos targeted at climbers as well. What would you recommend for helping stretch out/reduce tightness in forearms? Rolling your toes over like that makes me think you used to dance as well ;)
@yogawithkassandra9 жыл бұрын
+Ariana de Ryss I did used to dance :) For the forearms start on all fours and palms facing down and fingertips facing towards the knees. Lean back a bit and you should get a good stretch. Then do the same thing but with the back of your hands on the floor as well. It's a bit hard to explain so I might end up doing a video about it :)

I love the routine - just what I've been looking for. I just find it a little irritating that you're not using the usual terminology for the poses. I also find it a little quick... but I'll just run the video a little slower hehe
@Duderino966 жыл бұрын
a little bit too fast for me
@fabmd49886 жыл бұрын
the first 20 minutes are definitively too quick, no time to enjoy and feel the pose, it is a shame because the routine is nice

100% agree. felt like a sprint.

Might just be me, but this is a VERY hard sequence right out of the gates. I did this as a morning routine and actually pulled something within the first 5 minutes.
