This workout made me shed 40lbs after I had my son last year...I’m due again with my baby girl on christmas and I’m excited to do this again! I already commented a few months ago. This is an update. I have lost 20Ibs and my cholesterol and blood sugar are down. I credit everything to kick it by Eliza. When you exercise and see results, it helps you keep doing all the other things you do to lose weight. Like eliminating fast foods, no eating out, and no eating after a certain time at night. People, it's a combination of all these things that make you lose weight. Again, I try not to look at Emily because towards the end, she becomes slack. I'm sure she wishes there was a do-over. This is the best video over. With knee braces, my knees do well. I have recommended it to so many people. The ball is in your court people. Thanks kick it crew.❤❤🌹

This was my first popsugar workout I ever did back in April. I could barely finish the modified versions. I have done one p/s workout every day since and I am down 17 lbs, have lost 3” off my hips, 2.5” off my waist and 2” off my thighs. If anyone wanted the calorie burn: I’m 5’3, 115 Ibs, did high impact, and didn’t skip anything and burned 205 calories(which is pretty good for a workout that was only really around 20 minutes or so if you don’t count the stretches at the beginning and end). Very good workout! Loved it!

6 months ago I decided to treat myself once and for all by taking care of myself and doing excercise. I was super unfit, could barely run for 2 minutes, and jumping would hurt my knees. Today I did this workout like it was a piece of cake 😂 and I just realised how far I have reached!! I totally get you! The first time I did this, my leg muscles were so unused to working that hard that I was basically crippled for a few days afterwards (it hurt so bad to stand and walk downstairs lol) But during quarantine, I exercised and ate healthier and after a few months, I tried this video again I barely broke a sweat! It's so gratifying!

Tried this workout out of curiosity, and because I love box and kickboxing. I often do many other workouts from Popsugar with these type of disciplines. To be honest I enjoyed very little of this one. I do realize that no every workout is made for every body. I loved the second round because I really felt my legs working. From 10mins down instead it had been an escalation towards the bottom. Anyhow, thank you for bringing content for free

This is a very good workout, especially if you are under 50 years of age. For us much older women, I recommend doing the workout but not as fast. And if there are any particular drills that hurt your knees, back, arms, neck, etc., then simply modify them. I taught martial arts and cardio boxing for years and had many women above 70 years of age who never thought they'd be able to get through the class, but I helped them modify the drills to suit their abilities. After 3 months, they were able to do the full drills, keeping up with me. It takes time if you are older, but keept it up. This is definitely a good workout for the entire body.

Not quite enough cardio, but I love how REAL it was--Anna's comments were spot on--no pretending it's all an easy feat. Favorite part was the cool down at the end, focusing inward. Impacted me more than I thought it would.

I never, ever workout... yesterday I noticed I’m 10 pounds up since the last time I step up the scale. Yesterday I tried a 60 minutes/ 600 calories that of course I didn’t finished. I suffered a little, but this was perfect for me. Thank you for the stretching part and for keeping me motivated!

i died all depends on your body type. I've been doing workouts similar to this for 2-3 months now and I have gotten many compliments on how I've lost weight. however, I recommend checking out "10-minute cardio jump workout to burn major calories" by popsugar aswell. the 10-minute cardio is something you can do quick and burns a ton of calories! I usually do the 10-minute video 3 times and I feel super tired but awesome afterwards! ALSO make sure to take pictures of your progress! it really helps and keeps you motivated! hope this helped :)

I have been doing this and Latin dance work out(30 minutes) 5 days a week, plus intermittent fasting. I lost 10 pounds since March 15th. Weight loss definitely takes time and power of will, but it also makes you feel good about yourself and keep positive in this quarantine time.

Okay, I've struggled so hard to find workouts on KZbin that would inspire me to exercise every day and push through my laziness, but *I love this*. First time has been quite exhausting, but the cool-down at the end? Totally worth it. Update from Day 2: Today I had soared muscles from the same workout yesterday, so rounds 2 and 3 were about to break my spirit. I had to take some rest in between because of how short of breath I was, but managed to pull it together and keep on exercising. Today I slowed down some of the last combinations because I really wanted to feel the power in my kicks and control more of my abysmally weak abs and I hope it was effective. Cooldown was much needed and appreciated, as always. (Didn't manage to look at myself in the mirror because of how fat I look, tho). Update from Day 3: Today has been quite tough, even though I managed to get through Rounds 2 and 3 without taking any rest. My goal for today was really trying to control breath during exercises. However, at the end I've started to feel out of energy, most probably because I also took 20 minutes of spinning. I know it sounds as if I'm asking too much from my body but I ate way too much at dinner and felt completely busted, so I had to workout a little bit more than usual. Have I already said that I love the cooldown? Update from Day 5: Done! Update from Day 6: Today I had my boyfriend do this workout with me and it was actually super fun to share this with someone. We both were exhausted but we managed to come through it! Update from Day 7: Today I didn't feel like it and only managed to get through Round 2, and only with a great deal of self-control because all of my body feels so tired right now. It's not even painful, it's just completely exhausting. I tried to fight through Round 3 but the first uppercut made me realize that I couldn't make it, not today. I know I shouldn't go that easy on myself, since I'm so lazy all the time, but today's not it.

Ahh, this was GREAT! A little challenging for the legs because I'd just done my daily dose of lunges before starting this video, but I liked the burn and their smiles and energy were contagious! Loved the long stretch, I feel sooo in sync with my body and mind right now. Thank you, ladies! ❤️

This is probably my favorite workout I've done from popsugar fitness! I like how she takes it slow and counts out each beat. I did this workout and was sore the next day!

Love Eliza's energy - vibrant, energetic, but also calming and smooth. Great instructor, great workout! The arm part was killer!! Woa!! When I started that part, I thought, "No way. Just some easy bodyweight moves." Ha!! One of the toughest arm workouts ever!! I had to FORCE myself to work out today, chose this one on a whim, and somehow it was the perfect end-of-the-day workout...brought things up just far enough, then brought things down into a lovely "zen vibe" for the evening. 235 cal/171 active calories...nothing crazy and just what I needed!

oh my god I lost this video for awhile and was desperate to find it again. I found it!! Really great workout. Hits all the right stuff, love the kickbox stuff, the squats, and even a little yoga at the end. Chef's kiss mwah!

3rd lockdown in the uk had me searching for workouts that would match a good gym workout without equipment. I searched for absolutely ages and couldn’t click with any until I found you . This workout is amazing! I especially love the cool down at the end, it was how my yoga instructor always used to end classes.

Amazing workout for a beginner I was able to keep up but modify the plank by doing jumping jacks. I love this I was able to burn 406 calories in little over 30 minutes. I’m still sweating. Will do this at lease 4 times per week and 2 times on my days off to help with weightloss

Loved this workout! YT ads were really annoying though with an ad every 5 mins interrupting the flow. Had to modify some of the moves as the squats and courtesy section got too much for my knees. But will be looking out for more of these workouts.

First off, I want to say I love ANNA RENDERER so much , I love her positive energy and that she's always smiling. I would love to be in a workout video with her lol, why not give myself a challenge. Watched this video last night and thought it looked so fun but hard, but thought I would give it a go. I definitely have to say its such a good workout but my arms were burning, took a few breaks but burnt 300 calories wearing my fitbit versa lite watch. I'm certainly going to do this workout daily. Thanks for such a good workout ladies, especially Eliza, your awesome.

This is a regular in my at home routine. I am doing it a little less now that the gym is open again but I still love it. It's a great workout. I must say that it seems like there's some tension between Eliza and Anna at moments which is awkward, but PS is my jam.
