I will be 69 years old in August and really love the fact that I can keep up with this 30 minute routine. I currently have step at lowest level but look forward to adding riser, perhaps by my birthday? I will definitely check out your other routines

I know this is an old post, but I'm hoping you're still following Chris and see this: I was literally just thinking to myself, "I'm 54 and it would be so great If at 74 I can still do these workouts. Even if my moves aren't where they are now, to be doing my best to follow along is my goal. You're inspiring, so thank you for sharing your age- it's encouraging to see these comments.

Thank you for the fun, sweaty workouts! I took step aerobics as my gym credit in college back in 1996! I have missed it. Who needs a gum when we have you?? Chris , this video is my all-time favorite. I learned how to roller skate before I learned how to walk and this BPM is the best-tempo for us Jam/Shuffle skaters so it gives me such a nostalgic feel that I literally cannot even get myself to call it a ‘work-out’.

Love all your workouts, just bought a STEP for home. Was an avid stepper for 8 years then started tri's. But now I am back! 30-60 mins/day plus bike pickle ball and yoga and dog play! My perfect day! You have great energy, love to laugh with all of you!

Hi Chris, 82-yo grandma here. I was doing your 45-min 125 bpm video and got off track for 2-3 months, with NO exercise. I’m back with strength training and this video is perfect on alternate days. My mom and I use to love step (pre pandemic) and we have been missing it. I bought her a step and she stumbled across your videos and has been loving getting back into it. She has enjoyed it so much so that she got me back into it too! It’s nice because she can slowly get back into it with the basic videos, yet I can go straight into intermediate for the challenge and all from the comfort of our own home!
