I’ve done a couple of your workouts and I LOVE THEM. But I have to admit that this one was a little too fast for me, I had to slow the video down to 0.75 on the boxing movements. But did it and I’m proud!

Great workout and I have two suggestions. Your boy needs a mic and since the video days "All Levels" you need to state what each numbered punch means before shouting out combos

Found it really hard half way through as someone new to boxing just getting into it for fitness trying to remember what the numbers are without them being explained at the beginning.

Great workout! Much harder after chest day at the gym haha. Good ol 2 second pushups.next you should do the 10 second pushup as a warm up. 10 down 10 up.

boxed for many years and still get confused by numbers, respond better to technique commands when hitting pads. some reason cant get my head around numbers in that millisecond i have to react
