Awesome workout. New formats or styles usually intimidate me, and Sydney has taught me to embrace it despite fear and uncertainties, knowing that I'll be able to crush it no matter what, like we all do every. Single. Day. I've actually grown to like ladders which wasn't really my thing. Outside work outs, Sydney has taught me to feel more and more confident of myself and my capabilities.

Okay, so I really didn't think I liked ladder workouts, but I think this is one of my new favourite workouts. Thank Sydney!! I've kept track here of my score for if/when I come back to this workout I have something to try and beat. 14 10 9 i think, i kept on losing count haha. 12 but again I think there may have been a missed round somewhere in the middle. 6 plus one jackknife :P 10. 6. 9. Not a clue...9 is my best guess.

Sydney was talking directly to me when she said "If you've been working out with me for awhile and first you couldn't do a pushup, now you can!" I can do several pushups now!! Sydney's training helped me achieve something I have never had the strength to do. Thank you Sydney!!

LOVED this workout! Was nearly put off from some comments saying it was too hard, I thought about choosing an old one but I decided to stick to the SHRED challenge. Crushed it! Thank you Sydney that workout flew over 😀

Not gonna lie it was pretty tough in the beginning but I pushed through as always. Because you give me that mind set that I CAN and I WILL!!!. You’re such an inspiration that’s why I keep coming back to workout with you. You def challenged me today I will never underestimate a “30 min workout” with you lol.
