I just got this in waaay later than I normally do, but there is no way I wasn’t going to show up for the last day! I went out in nature and enjoyed a beautiful spring day with my best friend and our fur babies. When I got home, the first thing I did even before I sat down was get this in, and I’m so proud of myself for being able to break my routine and still prioritize this part of my life, which is one of the best parts of my life. Changes come ever so slightly as I enter this 4th month of rocking it, the most impactful change has been my confidence. I believe in my abilities more than I ever have. Thank you team and Dustin and Sydney. This community means the world to me. See you when it’s Shredding time! 💪🏾💛✨

Love it. I couldn't find any workouts that my 14 year old son would do, thought they were boring. We found Sydney. 3 months later we haven't missed a day and he asked for weights for his birthday 😂😁

Progress is not perfection - progress is persistance. Finished strong - tripped over myself in the slides and went flying into the cupboard and smashed elbow on the floor but got up and FINISHED. Burn is in the books! Looking forward to SHRED.

I did this one and the legs and abs she just posted 2 days ago... I used my heaviest weights. I still had to modify a few cardio moves, but darn proud of using the 30lbs weights! Good job to you too... it is inspiring to see others pushing for the same goals!

I have to be honest. When I heard the word 'burn', especially after last months workouts, I did not think I was going to be able to do this one. I have surprised myself every day. Just try it... no matter what you are telling you, just do it, modify if you need to (trust me those are not easy either)... but just do it. You will surprise yourself.

I was persistent in showing up every day with the best that I had that day! For the Shred program, I want to be persistent in my consumption of enough water and healthy food every day!

I did it!! I made a commitment to myself to participate daily and complete the entire Burn series. Since February 15 I’m down 11lb. I would normally lose motivation halfway through a series, this time I pushed through and see great changes in my body. Thank you Sydney!!
