Great workout! And if you're wondering if she works both sides, she doesn't call it out specifically but you have the option to. Between the warmup and cooldown, there's 3 sets, each with 2 rounds. So if you can do the first round of a set in orthodox stance and the second round in southpaw to work both sides evenly.

This workout was really amazing and Alex Trakas is an amazing instructor. I just have a request: could you do an intro to boxing series? This was my first time doing a boxing workout and I felt like I didn't feel too familiar with the terminology and the specific boxing moves. I think an intro series might be good for people that have never attempted any type of boxing before. Otherwise, the workout was great thank you!

Hey! If you want a like a entry class I highly recommend either kick it with Eliza or any of the earlier vids with christa dipaolo both on this channel! They let you get familiar with the moves I know they can be confusing at first. Hope this helps! 😄

I hate to be negative but I really didn’t care for this workout. The sequence of moves was odd. I had no idea what was coming next. I didn’t thing her form was very good and she added little shuffles in at different places during the combos so it was hard to mirror her. And I may be crazy but I think something was wrong with the editing. It seemed like there were random times when a millisecond was missing, or things sped up during the combos. And why the random shot changes? Not necessary. Maybe if the background were more interesting you would t need to change the shots to keep things interesting. Sorry everyone but I was disappointed.

good workout but this was not 30 mins..more like 20 mins. 1st 10 mins was spent describing the diff punches which is fine for 1st timers. I was expecting a 30 min workout or at least close to it including the warm up. Wish she wouldve had incorporated some kicks make it more intense.
