In only 30 min. , you will feel all the sweat you need. No need to feel like you have to do an hour. This was amazing and always fun with Chris.

Because I've been consistent with my workouts the past few months I was able to keep up with you on each side of the 50 leg kicks🎉! Usually I tend to slow down and get 5-10 less. I'm doing this on the 26th. I love kickboxing. It works every muscle it seems. And.... I did mobility right after!! I was going to do another weight workout. I have to catch myself from basically torturing myself. I used to feel very guilty in over indulging. Thank you for pulling me off that cliff!❤❤

KICKBOXING!!! 🥊🥊🥊❤❤ My favorite and this one is another "knock it out" session from the best!! And thank you for the pep talk today, Chris. About getting back on track and not doing TOO much because that is a thing, I have been that person in the past. It was both unhealthy and self defeating. Holidays are especially difficult when fighting that urge to overdo the workouts. And, before you know it, exercise becomes a punishment for overindulgence. Today's KickBoxing was the perfect intensity, your cuing (as always) spot on perfect, modifications provided so just about any level can do this!! Loved the music, too. Thanks, Chris. ❤❤❤❤

this was a blast, and as someone who used to do 3+ hours of exercise a day, combined with an eating disorder, hearing you tell other people not to do too much and not to punish yourself is amazing :) more people out there need to hear this & feel this! I feel so much stronger each day after your workouts, so who cares about the scale and what other people say...it's all about how you feel! Chris not only are you my fitness trainer you’re my life coach too. The old me would have been punishing myself with several workouts the day after Christmas. The new me enjoyed every damn bite of my dinner and dessert yesterday and looked forward to my workout today because it’s fun and enjoyable now. Now I say “I get to work out” instead of “I have to.” Thank you for being so good to us mentally as well as physically. 🙏

This was a fantastic workout! I learned to love kickboxing and the positive, almost cathartic energy you get out of it by doing your workouts. I love your channel because your workouts are so diverse and they really are for everyone. This was absolutely perfect. Also I used to be a cardio queen and workout 2 plus hours a day. All you say about the injury is correct. It may take a decade but it will come trust me. Also I felt like my body got accustomed to all that cardio and it was hard to maintain once I came to my senses and realized I was over doing it. Thank you thank you!!

This was a fun and quick kickboxing workout. I love these workouts. Always fun and I have to pause to stop laughing when you’re being funny. I love the side kicks as I feel the muscles in my obliques- I touch my sides with one arm as I bend and it makes me feel so proud of all the work I put in following your program. Still have more progress to make but I’m not worried about that. I will get there when I do but am enjoying being healthy and active. Thank you Chris.

Kick / boxing challenges my body in such a different way. Got the heart rate up and pumping. Loving the diversity of the workouts this week. Starting an intense weight/body transformation program next week and will be warming up with some 20-30 minute step to make sure my body is ready and help prevent injury. You Rock and ARE motivating.

I needed this workout more than I have ever needed a workout. I was feeling awful after two days of binge eating and inactivity. Even more than I needed this workout tonight, I needed to hear your words that it's ok to eat those Christmas cookies. You're going back to eating sensibly 90% of the time. Cracked up at the "not my cup of tea" comment This was the first kickboxing class of yours that I have done. I was never a fan of kickboxing so I always skipped over them and picked something else But not today! And you know what? I enjoyed it! I thought it's 30 minutes, it's going to get my heart rate up and if I don't like it, I never have to do one again. But, since I tried it, enjoyed it, and now have another option . Thanks Chris for helping me expand my horizons! Also, as we say in the south, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. 😊

Omg this workout was amazing, inspiring and it reminded me not to be so hard on myself. I used to do workouts like Crossfit, hour long workouts, just to loose weight, and half of the stuff I never enjoyed. Now that I'm 54, and had some knee issues now I realize the importance of being gentle with my body. I am a therpist and I had a long break today so I decided to do this workout in my office😀! I already did a 30 minute dance workout this morning. This was a great way to end the day. I will definitely do more of your workouts.
