This sequence is based around beautiful twists and side bends to gently massage and stimulate the internal organs. We’ll be starting slow from the ground, and working our way up towards a standing sequence to build some heat and perhaps spark a cleansing sweat :) Finishing back on the ground to enjoy some stillness and allow the practice to settle..
