Wow!! This was amazing.. One question.. That dragonfly/straddle does not open further than I guess 60-70 degrees.. what do I do ?

A nice option is to lay on your back with your legs up the wall, and let your legs fall open to get the stretch in the hamstrings and inner thighs instead 🙏🏼
