This is a great stretching / mobility workout for runners. I love the sounds of the jungle in the background as well :)

Wow!! This was amazing.. One question.. That dragonfly/straddle does not open further than I guess 60-70 degrees.. what do I do ?

A nice option is to lay on your back with your legs up the wall, and let your legs fall open to get the stretch in the hamstrings and inner thighs instead 🙏🏼

I loved this. I have incredibly tight hips, glutes and hamstrings and this workout after one session makes me feel so much better 😊 can’t wait to do more. Really like your style Ashley.
