CG, you're a machine, seriously the fittest and strongest goddess I've ever witnessed! I finished but as far as keeping up with your speed and reps all the way through, no freaking way, lol!!!!

I had to laugh so much when I read your comment. I felt the same way at the beginning and then I got out of the habit of paying attention to Caroline's speed during HIT and follow Caroline's advice your vs you and then it works,

She’s completely mad. I had 3 heart attacks during todays workout so I needed to slow down a bit as well 😂 seriously though…what a machine.

As Caroline is explaining the moves, the background music sounds like we are going into some sort of ancient battle. Caroline you usually have a finisher at the end of your workouts…well, this workout looks like an entire finisher itself. Let’s go 🧡

It’s EMOM day!! I know many people have felt anxious about this...but the format of this workout and the choice of exercises just looks brilliant to me! So fantastically well planned! I’m sure we’re all going to work hard but I’m sure we’ll have fun too! As Caroline says make this your own workout...and just think of the feeling of accomplishment at the end! Happy Sunday! Matthew

Morning Matthew! I hate emoms, im not good at them but i will try to do this one with a different mindset focusing on 6 sets instead of 10..i hope its a bit easier this time! Lets go 🙂✌️

Edit: Wow thanks everyone for the lovely comments and support 🥰 (TW): Hey Caroline, I just wanted to say thanks for all that you do. I was going through a really rough time in my life and one day you came up on my recommended. I saw your smile and clicked - I have not looked back. I think that you are what we were all waiting for. You have not only changed lives but saved lives too. I am a real advocate for exercise aiding in healing from mental illness. Your workouts have helped me to sleep and eat better and they are such a great emotional release. They have helped with my energy levels and my mental clarity too. My eating disorder wanted to make me become a skeleton but I can't do your workouts if I am malnourished and dying. Your workouts have turned all this around and I am now focused on getting stronger - my goals are not about weight, they are based on strength like how many pushups or pistol squats I can do etc. Eating food is more about nourishment than punishment. Caroline you have taken us all under your angel wings and you are helping more than I could ever say. We are really grateful for you.

Hey, this message of yours is really beautiful & heart touching. I feel you, Caroline is an angel for all of us. She made us realize the true powers within us. I remember the very first EMOM of mine, I completed it in 90 mins & today I did this in 45 mins. I m very elated with my progress ,the endurance , agility & strength I have gained in Epic 3🔥🔥. Caroline has an insane talent for finding music that motivates, pushes and drives you to make it a little easier. Also the creativity in her HIT videos to always set new accents should not be ignored, as in each of her videos.

Managed half the amount of reps on both exercises and took a few extra seconds rest when needed but this was an accomplishment for me. I’ve swerved every EMOM so far, so to get it done albeit modified feels great. Good luck everybody!!

I tried hard to complete the workout without modifications; just could'nt. Had to reduce the reps....Kudos to all who finished this one. Thanks Caroline, its simply fantastic to have u mentoring us. Ur greaaat . Cannot thank you enough for doing so much.

Wow, that was extremely tough. Luckily my husband joined me for this one and at 78% when I had a 'moment' he paused the training and talked me back into the zone... feeling extremely accomplished now and proud to have persevered. This training with Caroline is so much more than physical fitness, my emotional and mental resilience is improving too.

Okay girvanators... It's finally time for emom our emommy has prepared for us ... This might be a little more fun coz it will be 6 rounds instead of 10!! My older me would be so sacred but now I'm very excited to challenge myself to the extreme and then lie down for a couple of secs and then go attempt my second practice papers that are starting from tomorrow 🔥 Don't be scared, belive in yourself and remember we all are doing this together, from almost all countries of the world All the best beasts, Love you Caroline🤗

Make this your OWN workout! What a lovely message from Caroline. I did knee-push-ups, reduced reps for lunges and tricep push-ups, rested for an additional 5 secs in the last round; but still, she killed me. The deadliest EMOM ever! BTW, there's no shame in reducing the number of reps or adding additional rest periods as long as you are pushing yourself and maintain good form. Good form is the key, good form is the key, good form is the key!

I just finished this and i'm dripping with sweat!XD I can't believe I managed to get all the way through the workout even though i had to reduce some reps. I'm so proud of myself for getting through day 45, thank you so much caroline!! :)

Oh my God Caroline!!!! That EMOM workout was out of this world!!! My breath was taken away!!! I had so much time to have that feel of pushing myself to his limits. To be honest on the fifth round I had to pause 5 more secs on every break, so the workout lasted a bit longer for me. But you definately pushed me to my limits or better as you say, I pushed myself to my own limits. I can't believe that we are entering the last week of the program. Nine weeks have passed like one day, and I haven't missed a day until today. Everyone may have a good Sunday and let's smash this last week!!!!!

I remember when I was new to Caroline's EMOM workout I get so much intimidated I said: "OMG another killer workout, I don't wanna do that" but right now I really get excited when I know that there is an EMOM! It is one of Caroline's highlights and I really love to do it. We are so close to the end of EPIC III! Good luck everyone!

One thing I do have perfected is the laying on the floor position at the end🤪this was soooooo amazing. What a buzz! Genius. Love how Caroline is not afraid to go outside the box ( eg. 6 vs. 10). Time flew. 😁🙏❤️

Done EMOM caroline Girvan is a legend! you're a machine seriously the fittest and strongest goddess I've ever witnessed. That emom workout was out of this world. And the background music sounds like we are going into some sort of ancient battle. When I saw the loading 10% omg there's 90%more so I'm gonna push through and push myself this was a literal killer!!!! This really pushed me to the max. Really really so hard. I prepared myself mentally for this workout felt amazing after! We salute you Caroline Girvan totally overwhelmed, tears and sweat mingling feeling so proud of myself at the age of 55 Thank you Caroline for your hardwork and dedication and commitments. The intro scared me .. I'll update after the workout ... Day 45 .. Let's go !! Did the whole workout with half last set reps and then got motivated by a comment to complete all the reps ..So I did !!! This was tough 🥵🥵🥵🥵couldn't breathe during the burpees and so had to stop for extra 10 -15 seconds to not die 🤚🤚

For me, HIIT + EMOM = (Mostly) Fewer Reps + Longer Rest Periods 😆. Still managed to finish, so that's always a plus! Thanks to Caroline for another great workout video!

Today, we'll feel Prouder for Conquering this FEAT. 🔥🔥🔥 We've reached this far. We CAN Do this! Let's have Fun with it! Let's GO! 😆👊 EMOM Smashed! Plus perfect add-on UNWIND 😉. Super Sweaty and Energizing Fun Sesh! Crouch to Jump was Killer. It was Intense but it helped to think its only 6 sets instead of 10. I my, I was so lost into the workout that I thought I still had one rep to do before finishing, so I was so surprised when the timer signaled the end of the workout 😂 Today was really challenging I had to cut by half every time the number of reps of the second exercise, but I got through it! Thanks for the workout ❤️

Oh, EMOM! Really appreciated that there were 6 sets per exercise. Made this much more approachable, mentally, while still being an absolute cardio blaster. Those 1/2 rep burpees & squat jumps were absolutely KILLER. I had to give myself a bit more rest time on the last sets, feeling a bit dizzy, but you just gotta meet yourself where you are each day. It's going to be so bittersweet to finish EPIC III - I both can't wait, and don't want it to end!

I did day 45 today and finished... But to be honest it was no Joke... Really pushed myself. I am happy and proud of myself , the consistency, dedication and discipline this far... Almost done with Epic III.. The results are showing and I am feeling them indeed. Thanks Caroline Girvan.

Done ✔️.... No extra rest, All repetitions.... Amazing Emom Caroline, I almost loved it 😂!!!! I liked this new formula 5x 6 min (but high repetitions 😅) ... My heart went so fast 🥵 .... I'm just dissatisfied with my push up triceps... My arms were tired and therefore those push ups not very deep.... This Emom is absolutely worthy of this amazing Epic III !!! Hi Fiorella...brilliantly well done! Wasn’t this a hard but fun workout! Like you I loved the format...and like you it was the tricep push ups that I found very hard! I did the reps but my range of movement wasn’t so good! It sounds like we have had very similar experiences today! Very well done and enjoy the rest of your day! Matthew

Through this EPIC III i was thinking.. omg when EMOM will come, hoping that it WON'T COME 😁..and I thought that it would be the last one like a finisher.. And now.. seeing that it's he penultimate.. omg.. what da heck is expecting us like a FINISHER.. the only thing that was 'worse' than EMOM was cardio endurance 500x. I made to go through this workout.. although with less reps/modifications, I guess I made this workout my workout.. just one of the things i learned from you Caroline! Thank you.. you're a LEADER! Big hug for you and congratulations to YOU ALL who are on this journey! 💙

Great format and appreciated the different pace which made it go super quick and not monotonous at all. All the elements are there for you to make it your workout. No matter how many reps you choose 5, 10, 15 or 20, be assured that you will be a big puddle by the end of the workout !!!

Tosto ma divertentissimo... L'ho portato a termine senza modifiche... Sicuramente anche tu, Caroline ci rende forti e resistenti alla fatica fisica e mentale hiit dopo hiit.... Per me il set più tosto è stato quello con i tricipiti.... Infatti I miei push up erano davvero imprecisi alla fine 🥴.... A te com' è andata?

Ciao Fioreeee🌸 anch'io mi sono ripresa dopo pranzo 😅... è stato tosto tostissimo ma l'ho fatto tutto senza problemi✌️🥳 ero concentratissima e per farlo ho puntato molto su un lungo warm up che mi ha permesso di caricarmi bene. La parte più faticosa è stata quella dei tricipiti anche x me... devo dire che lì ho accusato ma anche resistito 💪 ora meritatissimo relax a casa, tranquilla e al calduccio ❤️.PS: fatto questo mi chiedo cosa ci proporrà Caroline x l'ultimo hiit dell' Epic III 🙀🙈🙈🙈 vabbè... forse è meglio non pensarci ora ma sicuramente carichiamoci bene x la settimana entrante, sono certa che sarà una bomba! Se si è mentalmente e fisicamente belli carichi e concentrati si è già a metà dell'opera!!!! Quando inizi che sei già stanca e svogliata (.... e per carità, se si ci allena con costanza come noi è assolutamente normale) risulta troppo pesante... Non ne esci viva 😂.... Anche io mi aspetto una settimana bomba 💥!!!! Iniziamo bene domani con push up e abs, poi i giant set, il full body complexes e chissà domenica che cosa ci aspetta.... Non vedo l'ora 🎉🥳😁!!!! Does anyone else get weirdly emotional after finishing a super challenging workout? 😅 No, just me? I’m so proud of myself for pushing through, especially during the most challenging parts where I wanted to give up. This was undoubtably one of the most challenging HIIT workouts I’ve done in a long time, if not THE hardest. Thanks for killing me. Caroline. ❤️

This was amazing!!! I dreaded it so much, but now I feel awesome. It was extremely hard, but I managed to do it (by doing a few less reps here and there :D) Really shows me how much strength I've gained these past 9 weeks. Smashed another EMOM and survived to tell the tale!!😆👊🏻 The feeling of accomplishment is unbeatable when it comes to EMOM! It just takes you to a whole new level you didn't know existed. This workout was INTENSE and hard!! But yet, the choices for exercises were great..even as they slowly killed me. My arms didn't really want to hold me up anymore by the last round🥵😆! I liked the new layout with the 5 rounds/6 sets. It helped a lot mentally from the get-go haha! Thanks so much for the challenge Caroline. The only workouts I don't like are EMOM but that being said, I love how you push me beyond my limits and show me what I can do with them. I appreciate them..and I am glad we only do them once in awhile😂😆!! What a Birthday workout for me tho...starting my new, one year older off with a bang!💥 See you all tomorrow for the start of the finale week!! 🥳

Paused to catch up and complete the full reps. Only cut down squat jumps in the final rep and I hate doing squat jumps which says a lot of how far I’ve come. Thank you so much Caroline ❤

Wow this was an amazing workout!!! Every one of Caroline’s workouts offers a new challenge to conquer. I love that I can feel myself getting stronger while still feeling really challenged! I feel myself that my physical strength has improved noticeably and that my athletic performance has improved. Today's exercise was the taste of Rette's river. I felt like I saw Hades. Definitely a tough EMOM 💪 but was so happy to see the dead stop pushups and the triceps pushups as those made up a little time for me. Averaged about 20 secs rest between sets and so valued the 30secs at the end of each set of six. HR maxed at 160 and 354 Cals burned. Really felt the quads today..... Only one week left...I wont get to do Weds with work so will hold that too Friday but will finish on schedule 🤩 Happy Sunday Team.... I also just want to say that I always used to do HIIT but not a Caroline HIIT. These HIITs are very intense specially EMOM and add to that the weekly workouts its not an easy program. I started with a Cx HIIT way back in March 20 and that got me hooked, I really struggled, but I kept going and here I am today. So keep focused, never give up, and be your best you 😍

Hi Anthony...great comment! Yes I remember that you started your Caroline workouts with HIIT! I was a bit intimidated by her HIIT at first...but I enjoy it now! It has pushed up my cardiovascular fitness so much! I really enjoyed this but it was actually the tricep push ups I found hardest! I dud the reps but my range of movement wasn’t so good! I have toothache too now...been bothering me quite a lot all day...but I’m seeing my dentist on Tuesday and I think she can sort it out! There is a cavity underneath a filling. We both seem to be having dental problems! Enjoy the rest of your day and I’ll see you tomorrow for push ups and abs! I rather feel that you will excel at the push ups especially! Matthew

My tooth isnt to bad healing well but still a little tender at times. Yes tomorrow should be good 👍 so see you then and hope the tooth gets sorted... nothing worse than a tooth ache .

It's been indeed the hardest workout I've ever done with Caroline. There are lots of hard workouts and up to this one I've done them all in order and I can say with no doubt that this is the hardest. And I expect the following even more challenging. In June I'll be 54 and I really enjoy working out with Caroline at home and when I'm abroad in a hotel on a trip. She travels with me. She's a real WARRIOR!

Update: I did it! I just finished it! I'm entirely wet (I don't sweat much, but for me, feeling slightly "wet" means a lot!). This EMOM was my favourite one! The mental pressure is indeed different, but the physical cost is super high! Loved it! Thanks, Caroline! This EMOM looks incredible. I'm two days behind EPIC III, and today I could resist looking into my future. Good day, everybody! 😊

I did it! OMG, I did it!!!!! I was really scared before starting I knew I can modify it but I was still scared! Then I decided to not thinking about it just DO IT and once I started the only thing on my mind was it's okay however I do this time I can always come back again in the future and I know I will do BETTER!! It’s finally EMOM day, and I am so happy I could finally catch up with you guys, and be able to do this workout today 😉. I sometimes made two workouts per day since the last 10 days, with no rest day in order to catch up ! This EMOM scares me a little bit, not sure I will be able to handle 60 Triceps Push ups on my feet !!! 😱 I let you know once I have done the workout☺️ Have a great workout and good luck to all of you ! Let’s be SWEATING like never before 🥵🥵💪💪 Edit: just finished it (yes quite late in the evening for GMT+ 1 😓) and my heart is slowly dying know 🥵🥵🥵🥵😵😵😵!!! What a hell of a workout!!! I had to do all the triceps push ups on my knees otherwise I would have never been able to do all the 10 reps. And at 93% I had to pause the video for 30 seconds, I really wanted to do the 20 reps of the squat jumps but my legs did not to work anymore 🥵🥵🥵😵‍💫😵‍💫), I could finish the last two rounds but finished my last 20 reps squat jumps when it was only 2 seconds remaining on the timer 😜. For the rests, I could do all the reps without pausing , I am quite proud of myself, even though I had to pause once the video and had to modify one exercise, I can see the difference since I started to train with Caroline, my endurance has improved so much! Thank you a million Caroline 💙💙💙💙

@@matthewalmond8820 Thanks! The 1st set (crouch to jump part) and 3rd set (lunge to squat part) was the most tiring for me. But I think that mentally, this one is easier than the previous EMOMs (not necessarily physically easier though), because it's 6 rounds instead of 10 rounds!

Can we take a moment to appreciate that intro? It gives a sign that this workout gonna be so tough. Oh my goodness, I just love the intro. EMOM is always the toughest and most challenging one, and with this one, after I finished it all I did was to laying down on the floor. This breaks a sweat out of me. Although I did modify the number of reps but it is still very tough, but I smashed it 💪 This one deserves a good 20mins stretch after it. Unbelievable that we have only 5 days left, time flies and 9 weeks already passed. Happy Sunday to all and congrats to everybody who has smashed with workout. Even if you had to reduce the number of reps, you still did awesome! ✨

Hi Caroline, I think it’s like the second time I leave a comment on KZbin but this one is very needed for me. First, it has been a year now since I began following you and I am so grateful because you made me love working out at home, since I didn’t like it. I prefered playing playing tennis but it was complicated with isolation... With you I made muscles, I used weights wich is incredible so thank you. This year, I began my medicine studies and it’s very demanding so I don’t have time move like before. It’s hard because I see that I lose strengh, endurance... I am not capable to finish correctly with every rep one of your workouts anymore. But I know that when I will be able to workout I will do everything to one more time be capable to do a CG workout 😁 (sorry if there are some synthax problem I’m not english)

Wow! I can't believe I survived that, Caroline! So tough and so amazingly satisfying to reach the end! I agree with the comment about the music preparing us for the "battle" ahead (the workout)! Thank you, Caroline!

Usually I AVOID EMOM day, however today I felt I had to CHALLENGE myself!! Phew! At times I couldn’t breathe, However was so happy I did it I feel amazing! Thank you Caroline love your workouts 😄

I don't come across a lot of workouts where I *simply* cannot keep up, but gees. This was one of them. I had to modify the movements slightly and barely got em all done in 60 seconds each time as we hit the latter stages. This one is brutal.

Oh. My. God. I did NOT know what was coming to me with this workout!! I’ve been meaning to try an EMOM workout for a few months and thought I would be pretty good at it..which I was on the first round but then I started crumbling 😅 I kept going but WOW was it a major challenge. I haven’t been quite this red and sweaty in a while, although all of Caroline’s Sunday cardio workouts always have me gassed!!!

We did emom and we did not die, not much anyway......I found the six sets way more accessible than the previous ten and I halved the second exercise reps to be able to have some rest, my body was not built for speed 🤣 love you Caroline

I’m just working my way through EPIC3 and just completed day 45. What a tough session! Tried desperately to talk myself out of doing it, but remembered Caroline’s words of wisdom ‘You vs You’ and went for it. I did it and survived! Thanks Caroline, you put me out of my comfort zone but I’m so glad I completed it 👍🏼
