Very good not only do you have warm up you also gave a cooldown. It's annoying when you have to click another video just to have two important keys we need when working out Thank you! Also You may want to have a few stretch for the arms during the cooldown part. See you tomorrow!

Just stumbled on the video. Really good work, but I was most impressed by how useful was the mini video popup showing the next exercise. While slowly exemplifying the next exercise you also get to see it in real-time performed, really useful for me at least
