This might be the perfect 30 minute dumbbell workout. I added a shoulder and arm stretch at the end but that was easy. Thank you so much!

Very good not only do you have warm up you also gave a cooldown. It's annoying when you have to click another video just to have two important keys we need when working out Thank you! Also You may want to have a few stretch for the arms during the cooldown part. See you tomorrow!

Just stumbled on the video. Really good work, but I was most impressed by how useful was the mini video popup showing the next exercise. While slowly exemplifying the next exercise you also get to see it in real-time performed, really useful for me at least

Спасибо вам за эти видео, я недавно вывихла свою правую руку и какое-то время, примерно 2 месяца не могла заниматься. Сейчас октябрь, я недавно начала брать гантели. Потихоньку и медленно, но целенаправленно занималась с вами, спасибо и пусть все у вас будет хорошо)

20 pounds dumbbells work great for me with proper form. If 20 is too much go to 10 or 15 pounds.
