Today I decided to try your HIIT workout and absolutely loved it! Thank you very much. I'm 56 all the way from Kenya. I decided to take up strength training mid this year and kept searching for a good trainer to follower since I prefer to work out from home. Once I found this amazing couple my life changed! In the last two months I have had amazing results just following your strength workouts. I started with twice a week and I couldn't do anything else in between. Now I have progressed to 3 times a week and taking walks on my rest days. I have also been able to lift a little heavier. I didn't want to get thin and weak through IF but to loose body fat and gain muscle. In 2 months I have lost 2kg but most importantly I am able to fit in clothes I couldn't fit before. I feel strong, happy and energetic and I'm planning to keep this going till I'm 86! 😃

I have so many of your workouts saved. Thank you for all you do! I started my health journey 3 years ago. I lost weight so fast after changing my eating habits, but I wasn't doing strength training and have loose skin on my belly, inner thighs, and back of arms. I've been doing your workouts for a few months, trying to build muscle. Again, thank you, and congrats on your beautiful bundle of joy 🫶🏿

Love this workout , I'm so used to doing your full body or legs with dumbbells 15-25 lbs. that this one was great. I was skeptical at first cause said low impact but then read description and watch some of it yesterday and I was like man I need to try it. This morning 5:40am I'm drenched in sweat. I used 15lbs for this one and I was like hmmm not heavy like normal wont do much , but man oh man it was a sweaty mess. Thank You

Loved this workout! Intense, but not so much so that I couldn't keep up. And the low impact was perfect for my aching joints (lol). Also loved the beats!

Hey, I've had 2 children and feel really insecure in myself as I've put weight on. I'm going to be going to the gym soon to help with my mental health. I was wondering is there any advice you could give me? And any workouts you know that would focus on legs, chest and abs thank you❤ or overall full body. I feel you! I tried so many diets in the past that I felt like giving up honestly. I recently burned about 15 pounds in 2 months or so after I randomly found a free guide from a hypnotherapist that really made it click for me. It’s called: Subconscious Weight Loss by Christian Weninger. I feel like an ad for it lol, but maybe it helps you too ♥

Do their workouts daily maybe take the weekend off and chance your diet to more healthy options. Chance soda and juice for plain water or natural fruit juice without sugar
