I just found your channel, needed something different from my regular workout videos, especially when it came to HIIT. Most of the ones I found weren't as intense as I wanted it. Your HIIT for runners was a killer, I'm covered in sweat 😩😩 love how you don't do the same moves all the time and have some variety!

Greatest HIIT motivator out here ! l'enchainement des exos sans même 5sec de pause rend le suivi impossible (pour lui également) mais en respectant ce temps "gorgée" la séance est sympa. Je croyais à une 4e série presque dommage de pas la faire. Il faut adapter certains exos trop complexe mais l'idée du balancement d'un pied sur l'autre est bon pour ma cheville
