I love ur workouts. I recently saw ur why u left videovand I completely understood everything u said. I applaud you in your hard work and I hope everything’s well with you and your family and I’m glad u started posting on yt and taking your time as well with posting. Lol you can’t have physical health without mental health which is so true my coach says it all the time. I’m Zariah I’m 17 years old and I just wanna say thank you because you are truly a great person and god has a plan for you just keep pushing and being yourself and don’t pay attention the negative comments because you are way greater than that.

I just found your channel, needed something different from my regular workout videos, especially when it came to HIIT. Most of the ones I found weren't as intense as I wanted it. Your HIIT for runners was a killer, I'm covered in sweat 😩😩 love how you don't do the same moves all the time and have some variety!

This is a GREAT workout!!! My sister and I both are doing your workouts and checking in with each other- "hug and love"- ......on a personal note, our dad recently passed away, unexpectedly. i love all your workouts! they push me and i love how intense it is even though sometimes i take small breaks or feel like giving up. your the only youtuber i found that has great intense hiit workouts! even though i force myself to click on one of your workouts i feel great at the end that i pushed thru💪🏽

Greatest HIIT motivator out here ! l'enchainement des exos sans même 5sec de pause rend le suivi impossible (pour lui également) mais en respectant ce temps "gorgée" la séance est sympa. Je croyais à une 4e série presque dommage de pas la faire. Il faut adapter certains exos trop complexe mais l'idée du balancement d'un pied sur l'autre est bon pour ma cheville
