I use your workouts every week and have done so for a year. Mostly the 30 minute cardio variants. I just want to thank you with a comment at least. You guys are both very thorough and scientific, which I prefer when it comes to health, and you both have great attitudes and uplifting personas perfect for this line of work. I've managed to shred a lot of weight, build muscle and gain flexibility thanks to these workouts. It's a lifestyle change. I have repeatedly watched many videos again and again, every week, so I guess I've grown accustomed to you both and can't really use any other workout videos. These are just perfect for me to do after my weight lifting exercises. I'm only a year into a more fit lifestyle, but I'm hoping to stay consistent for many to come, like you guys say. Again, can't thank you enough.

In addition to this I would also recommend you check out John Rose for the best internal health method. He promotes veganism and what he calls a "juice fast" so you can throw that in there you'll gain more endurance by going vegan and be able to handle a lot more!

often claudia says 'coach , you are a beast'. truth is this couple is a beast couple. I like how your workouts are actually very paced , but the talking makes it seem slow. Lifetime of working out catching up on body. 2 wks ago, while working out, one of my smaller shoulder muscles “got mad at me”, as u stated in the video. Been rehabbing it on my own.This workout is the 1st lift I’ve done since injury. AWESOME workout! Specifically targeted shoulder area in question. Used lighter weights today. Increased range of motion. Perfect! Highly recommend if returning from shoulder injury! Tks HASFIT!

After doing my six HASfit workouts a week since January this year (and getting really fit!) I hurt my back by pushing it too hard and having poor/non existent stretching most of the time... this was my first workout in 5 weeks and I can say that I have never been happier to do that stretch and warm down even if it is boring. Having 5 weeks off was horrible. Missed you guys!

Been following your workouts now for 2 months at least twice a week. What I like about you guys is that the workouts are attainable by Mortals. When I started I couldn't do a reverse lunge and now I can. I'm an Archer and I also ride a mountain bike so I need strength, mobility and core. It has made a tremendous difference in both my sports

I really appreciate seeing the two of you doing the 2 different levels of fitness during the workouts. The way you all talk to each other and to us, your students, is very encouraging and sooo helpful. I am 61 years old and getting back into shape after a broken ankle, caused by my running 100lb. dog! I've had four precious children and have worked for years trying to loose the pregnancy weight. I'm 4' 11" and down to 118 from about 128-130. You both are truly a Godsend in my life. After years of lifting heavy I was having a hard time getting excited to workout because I need so many modifications. I love that you guys offer a modified version of all the moves to follow. Hi guys, I've missed seeing you post new videos lately. I hope things are ok, you're probably just busy with the new baby I expect 😁👶🍼! Don't worry, though, I have been enjoying catching up with all of your other excellent videos! I really loved this workout, it was awesome 💪.I did a 30 min no equipment HIIT before this one, so I was ready to work on strength, and we sure did! Muscles were burning, sweat was pouring, and my HR was up 💓💦. Also, I loved the shoulder press variations in this workout. The one in side plank, and doing a shoulder press from that angle added a new dimension to a common move. I definitely felt it in a new way, and had to use a slightly lower weight than usual. My shoulders loved it! Thanks guys, for a challenging and fun workout. As always, you are the best! 😍🙏

I enjoyed this. I found it challenging (side plank work specifically), and I appreciated the warmup and cool down. Sadly my calorie burn was only 140, but I felt the true benefit of this was resistance and mobility. I did a gentle lift for last shoulder workout rather than explosive because I felt that was safer for my shoulders. I’m 47 with past shoulder impingement with horrific frozen shoulder following it.
