First day one crushed! This was a short but very spicy workout. Sidney you are so rocking your pregnancy and helping us to be our best. I'll keep pushing in my workouts pushing in my workouts and pushing in my nutrition. Time to take care of all the cows now on the farm. Nothing like North Carolina Sunshine and country air.

"Pump" was the name of the programme from last year. The recent Momentum programme was really challenging and I feel victorious for finishing all 20 videos. Now we have yet another new programme for May - there's no rest to Sydney. She's really a super dedicated trainer!

@@akshu7966 Yes I think it was kind of similar to Sydney's Transcend programme, but what's new in the Momentum was that Sydney has some new workout equipments that were not present in the Transcend programme.

Yes 🙌🎉 first workout in about 2 months! Feel shattered after that. My strength is still pretty good but my endurance needs a lot of work. I'm proud of myself for finally getting back 💪

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:15): "How can you push yourself today. What does that look like for you? Get a little bit comfortable getting uncomfortable. How can you push yourself?" This month I want to push myself not to use sugar and carbs as comfort! It is definitely outside of my comfort zone since I typically go to these foods to help me manage difficult emotions. I am ready to get uncomfortable and push myself this month!

"Push" - get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. Really enjoyed the 60 minute push sessions at the end of each circuit. Great start to the "Push" program. I am going to "Push" myself into drinking more water.

I wanted to check in with everyone and let you know that I’ve been recovering from serious injuries sustained in a car accident that happened on February 7, 2022. I’m going to push myself with my physical therapy that I’ve been doing at home. I’m not able to use my right leg because I had compound fractures in my foot and scar tissue with my meniscus in my knee. I’m looking forward to getting back into the workouts. I’m proud of everyone who has kept up with the workouts.

I stopped working out for over 6 months now because of depression and uncertainty with life in general. I have also been eating like complete garbage ( goes hand and hand with depression) I did this workout today and although I had a tough time getting through it, I didn’t quit. I have to get my mental health back and the best way is through exercise. Thank you Sydney for your positive attitude and all that you give to so many people. You look fantastic. Keep being you, you are truly special.

I talked myself out of getting out of bed to work out and fell back asleep TWICE. When I finally woke up the 2nd time, I told myself it was too late in the morning and I deserved the break. Thankfully my better judgment showed up shortly after and I crushed this workout!

When you talked about not waiting for circumstances to be perfect and to push yourself, I almost cried. My basement has been flooded for the past 2 days and we did not get any sleep because we have to keep sucking up water and all of our furniture had to be moved....I was so exhausted when I started this workout and I did not try to push heavy weights, but I did show up and THAT by itself is a push today. I hope that I can sleep properly tonight and come back strong tomorrow

Came back to this workout after a nasty illness left me not eating or working out for 5 days. Dialed it right back and just got back in to moving my body. This is the best medicine for sure.

I’m 32 weeks pregnant as well and I can say everything is uncomfortable. But today I set my alarm and didn’t snooze. It was uncomfortable but worth it. I want to work on that through this program!

Congrats and way to go pushing through! I'm 38 weeks and plan to keep going through delivery if my body allows. I've dropped to much, much lighter weights and sometimes bodyweight. Sydney looks like she's not lifting her normal weights either so just keep moving however that might be! I'm here with you. So proud and strong!

Push Day 1 crushed and it did not disappoint!!! I don't know how she does it but Sydney is the best in keeping your body moving and your muscles guessing to stay in engaged and working hard. I had to PUSH myself to finish that last circuit as there was no rest but my toughest (not favorite) exercise circuit was right out the gate with the squat/lunge combo. I was exhausted from the weekend and struggled to get going today. Starting out with lower body that hard almost made me think I would not be able to finish today--BUT I DID! Way to kick off Push Program squad!! 💦💦💦🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽💪🏽🦵🏽🦵🏽🦵🏽🥵🥵🥵

What a great start to push program!! Was a tough workout, the longer work periods of 60 secs was tough, I really enjoyed the ending. Workout went by so quick. Push, Day 1 crushed! Took everything in me to get to and through this workout at 36 weeks 🤰🏻 and having my fur baby unexpectedly and suddenly pass over the weekend 🐈⬛🐾. It was not easy making this time and space for me but I did it for me and my baby boy. My fur baby was my workout companion and he would have wanted me to continue on. The momentum workout last month kicked my butt. And life happened. But I am pushing this month to stay consistent in my working out and eating! I’ve been about 65% consistent in eating and 80% in working out since January of 2022, and I have found that I have still lost weight, gained muscle, and im feeling so strong. So I’m super excited to see what I can do with a consistent month! PUSHing play on this month!

Going through this again. I was 25 weeks pregnant on the first round, starting it now at 34 weeks pregnant. Planning to make this my July program to get me to 38 weeks. It's both harder (more preg) and easier (stronger from the past 2 months of really working hard). Push push push! Thanks Syd!

Almost didn't make it to the workout, fell asleep at my alarm and mayyybe in the bathroom when trying to get ready! LOL. But got through Day 1 of Push (although I swear in my sleepiness I thought she said Pump at the beginning). Great format, really flew by. Like, really fast. Today was my first PP workout! I will be one month PP on Wednesday with my first baby! I worked out with Sydney for a few years prior to pregnancy and continued with her till about month 5. My body just wouldn't let me exercise while I was pregnant. Which really hurt me mentally. I had an emergency c-section so I wanted to wait until I knew I wouldn't hurt myself while working out. I plan on pushing myself to workout atleast 4 days a week from here on out! Thank you Sydney for being a constant in my life. I wouldn't be where I am physically and mentally if it wasn't for you! Congratulations on your baby boy! The journey of motherhood is truly the most fulfilling one in life!
