The single leg glute bridge was my favorite. I could really feel the burn! I'm definitely saving this workout for active rest days and vacations. I did this workout yesterday and it was so fun that I want to do it again today!

Loved this Power Pilates - slowing it down, focusing on control, and feeling the prolonged tension - please make more of these workouts! Single leg glute bridge was my challenge today. Great to complement the PUSH program workouts with this style. Week 2 of PUSH crushed.

I loved today’s Pilates workouts and I have missed our yoga or Pilates workouts. I’m continuing to crush the workouts with limited mobility on my right knee and foot. I’m doing a two a day workout of yesterday and today’s workout since I didn’t feel well yesterday. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you on Monday for our next workout.

Loved this workout. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and if felt great for my pelvic floor. Do you think you’ll be doing some pelvic floor or labor prep videos??

Today has been a crazy day. I just knew I wouldn't have time for a long workout. 20 minute power pilates to the rescue. I felt a burn and was able to get through in less time so I didn't feel completely stressed out about the lack of time. I liked every single movement. I can't pick a favorite. I'm going to be coming back to this workout on those days when I tend to skip because I feel I just don't have the time.

I loved the straight leg push ups!! I'm not the strongest with push-ups usually, especially triceps (getting better though), but I could've gone the whole workout just doing those :) Might be a slight overreaction but you get it ;-) I'm 32 weeks + 2 so it's been such a blessing continuing to work out with you Sydney! Definitely needed this workout after the day I've had! Phew! Thank you xo

Good for body and mind - you said it! This was perfect for me just getting back into exercise after illness. Been feeling weak, sluggish and lacking in energy after Covid and this style and length of time was brilliant for me 😊. Determined to get my strength back💪. Thanks Sydney - onwards and upwards!! Xx

This was so hard! I had zero upper body strength today, whew! Hardest was the 1 knee tricep push-up, favorite was the 1 leg canoe which surprised me that I liked it. I feel like I should do this 20 minutes everyday for the next month as a break at work. I'd love to see my progress. Thanks Syd!
