Hi NML team. I’m a new mum in Cornwall UK Just a comment to say THANKYOU! this Chanel has made such a difference to me. I’m now 6 months postpartum. The workouts during pregnancy were amazing, it was so nice to work out with someone actually pregnant 😂. I felt so strong going into birth and afterbirth. The functional workouts have also been so good. I’ve never felt stronger and more capable in motherhood. I see myself using exercises I’ve done every day. Sorry Lindsey - I switched your Holy Bananas to Holy F*****g Bananas - it seemed appropriate after the 100 Burpees yesterday and it's absolutely an acceptable switch over here in Scotland. I'm in the comfort of my own gym so no one hears me (maybe my neighbour). I even put my lady pants on & did the mountain climbers (I am a Part Time Fitness Instructor & never put these in my classes as I hate them). Mainly teach Spin these days so I just put them in today. Thanks so much for pushing those challenge boundaries and constantly keeping us guessing to what's next on the challenge.

This was a day when I had no motivation, and I really didn't want to work out at all... But I showed up and pushed play anyway. And let me tell you, this was my best workout of the week! People, keep showing up, get 1% better everyday 💪.

I'm 13 months postpartum. I did the whole thing with fifteens! I was like, swings? Oh good, an easier day! Not so. Bit boy, I'm way stronger than I thought. Thanks for the workouts- been loving them for several years!!

200 swings. (WOW) I had hoped that was a typo. Now I am just amazed that we did it! The hard stuff like the swings makes the other moves less intimidating than they would as stand alones. Thank you for the fantastic workouts!!
