I’m so happy! I accomplished all the goals. At 63 years old I wasn’t sure I could keep up. As Lindsay and Rachel say, you are stronger than you think! Thank you team for this awesome workout series.

I agree! I'm 62 and was surprised that I could keep up. I love seeing how many of us that are 50, 60, 70+ doing these workouts!

I’m 63 too. It is so encouraging when I read people my age and older doing this. You can tend to think you’re all alone! Love knowing there are other OLD folks killin it! 🙌Great work!!

'Break the bell' saved my back!! About 40 swings in I felt my back was just about done, but after activating my lats by breaking the bell I did all 200!! Thank you for all the cues and this amazing challenge! 🙏🙏🙏🙌

Hi NML team. I’m a new mum in Cornwall UK Just a comment to say THANKYOU! this Chanel has made such a difference to me. I’m now 6 months postpartum. The workouts during pregnancy were amazing, it was so nice to work out with someone actually pregnant 😂. I felt so strong going into birth and afterbirth. The functional workouts have also been so good. I’ve never felt stronger and more capable in motherhood. I see myself using exercises I’ve done every day. Thankyou for creating a function and ability based community rather than a diet and appearances based environment. ❤️❤️❤️ keep the holy bananas coming.

NML team thank you so much for these workouts. I feel such a difference with my body now I feel like I can do anything. I struggled with basic movements and getting easily tired. Since do your workouts I feel more mobility and strength that I've built. I still struggle but im going to keep moving my body!

I am on my second round of metcon100 and just finished week one again! I love this program so much and already feel mentally and physically stronger than when I started. I have been telling everyone about this program!! Not only are you two so encouraging, joyful and relatable…the production quality is wonderful too (I loved the little touch of the color on the side bar each day matching your outfit colors!). Thanks for all the work you put into these programs!

I missed this one on the first go round, but I’m so glad I’m catching it this time. It was challenging but flew by. I especially love kettlebell swings for how they work your core.💪🔥

Sorry Lindsey - I switched your Holy Bananas to Holy F*****g Bananas - it seemed appropriate after the 100 Burpees yesterday and it's absolutely an acceptable switch over here in Scotland. I'm in the comfort of my own gym so no one hears me (maybe my neighbour). I even put my lady pants on & did the mountain climbers (I am a Part Time Fitness Instructor & never put these in my classes as I hate them). Mainly teach Spin these days so I just put them in today. Thanks so much for pushing those challenge boundaries and constantly keeping us guessing to what's next on the challenge.

I loved this ! I’m not following the MetCon 100%, daily. I have to stretch it out. My 60 year old body just can’t keep up with you guys. But I’m excited for this format. Full body day ✔ I didn’t get to do this one the first week because I’m on a arm day, leg, day, full body day schedule and so glad we repeated so I got it in. Great workout thank you!

I'm so proud of myself!! I'm 58 and I've been working out with you for a few years. I skipped this Metcon at first because I didn't think I could do it. I did all 5 and even liked it! I'm capable of more than I think I am! Thanks for helping me workout at home. I love it!!

Loved this format. Not complicated and appreciated full body. With new workouts I start with weights I know I can do but with the familiar moves I can bump up the next time. Saving this one to my favorites.

This was a day when I had no motivation, and I really didn't want to work out at all... But I showed up and pushed play anyway. And let me tell you, this was my best workout of the week! People, keep showing up, get 1% better everyday 💪.

200 swings. (WOW) I had hoped that was a typo. Now I am just amazed that we did it! The hard stuff like the swings makes the other moves less intimidating than they would as stand alones. Thank you for the fantastic workouts!!
