Hardest NML workout ever 😂…. I woke up sore in my upper body from yesterday and now I’m just sore all over. LOVING Metcon 100 🙌🏼. I kept thinking, I cant believe Rach and Linz filmed other workouts on the same day 😅😅😅 CANT WAIT for tomorrow guys 💪🏼

That was fire 🔥 The 15 seconds break was tough- I had to pause between sets 😅 Metcon is definitely the hardest challenge created by NML team!

So good! My four year old was “working out” with me and he started grunting at the end of the last set of squats like Lindsey. We were both proud of finishing 100 squats!

So glad I found this channel and series. After the past year of a few surgeries I have gained weight and my fitness level has seriously dropped but did this work out plus a 20 min cardio while fasting . saw my life flash before my eyes a couple of times. Great workout! Love that each set of squats was a bit different. The set with the elevated ankles were probably my favorite! Didn't realize how poor my ankle mobility really is until this Metcon series. Comin' after you ankles!! #Metcon100 #TeamNML

When it’s “that time of the month” and you don’t know it, so you push through anyway 😂 I switched between Rachel’s and Lindsey’s version whenever I either didn’t have the equipment that Lindsey had or just felt like it was all I could do. My 1 year old son was so happy watching me do squats this morning. I really hope he joins in with me someday

SO Thankful for your workouts on youtube! even though this was a 30 min workout it took me 50... taking extra breaks before knocking out those 25 squats, yes, but also the ability to pause whenever I need to to take care of my toddler, give him a snack, or put him down for a nap... all while still being able to get a workout in is what has kept me sane as a new mom!

I'm still sore from day one (started late), but no excuses - and it was great! My kids always come to say hi to you, and sometimes join the workout (for a while). Thank you so much, I've gained so much strength since I started your workouts! And I gained my lost little butt back (nothing left after three kids) - looks better than ever!

Loved the 25 squat intervals, nice way to mix it up! Loved the 2nd and 3rd circuits the most which surprised me because lunges are usually not my favorite. A glute bridge/hip thrust burnout is always so spicy!!

Oh man! I have a head cold, allergies going cra-cra. However, I won't let my mood or feeling determine whether I workout today. Day 3 done, baby! Sweat pouring. Disclaimer here: just have a head cold, nothing in my lungs so okay to workout. Yesterday I took the day off to rest. Got 'er done today and feel great! Thanks, Lindsey! Just completed this leg day after my work and wow what a session this was. I was pumped up and excited to try this as a challenge for myself. Took some breaks in between but completed all those 100 squats and I am on my floor now dripping in sweat and thanking you and your team for always pushing us. Thanks a ton for getting me out of my comfort zone for this leg workout. ❤❤❤

Great workout! I love the program and will be on Day 4 tomorrow. I had to wait a week since I workout at 4 EST every morning. Just used my new 20’s for this workout too. Thank you for always being so motivating and helping me be my best self. God Bless!

Oh my goodness, I've had a very tough first couple weeks of January because of health issues. I kept seeing all of these workouts being recommended to me and seeing you on Instagram. So grateful. I'm finally in a healthy place so I can do this program! Looking forward to doing the single leg deadlifts in the next program. Don't threaten me with a good time

My arms and chest are still sore from 100 pushups yesterday, but this was still so fun! I love all the squat variations and the step ups are my FAVE!

Legs are so hard for me. I really had to talk myself into doing this during my morning coffee. I got it done even with 12-15 pound weights. Thanks so much for your encouragement-it makes all the difference!! And THANK YOU that these workouts are only 30 minutes 🙂
