I knew I needed to work on my hips, but I didn’t know I needed it THIS much! I could barely do a couple of these, so I’ll definitely be coming back to this one several times each week. I’m LOVING the short mobility videos that I can add at the end of any workout, please keep them coming! I need all of them 😅

Every Saturday is a FULL BODY MOBILITY day for me. I've been doing your 15min Daily Mobility and I must admit I've to add this since I felt soreness and tightness on my lower body after a full 5days of strength training. Thank you NML.

A big thank you. I run quite a bit. I am having some imbalances or weakness or tightness in my right outer quad area. It was just bothersome and will go away sometimes. Tried this today and the first workout I could not touch the floor with right knee. After few tries was able to. I also feel the outer area nice and relaxed. Love the workouts. Now I have to incorporate this ongoing basis after running has exposed some weakness.

Wow! I needed this! I started taking ballet classes over three years ago and as an adult who is near 40, my right hip isn't wanting to cooperate with the internal and external rotation of it all. My turnout is rough on right leg, but these exercises will certainly help loosen up that stubborn hip area. Thanks!

This is an amazing, 7 minute mobility workout. I loved it. How about including an entire mobility workout maybe 15 or 20 minutes into one of your strength workouts. I am always up to a mobility weekly workout. I need them at least 2 times a week. I appreciate your giving us these workouts. Thank you very much. 😊

These are great exercises. I'm 71 and recovering from a serious stroke, plus the bones in my lumbar spine are squeezing my nerves causing great pain in my legs and feet. These exercises are really helping to relieve the pain. I highly recommend them!

In 2017 I had surgery for a torn labrum in which they had to rebuild the cartilage AND I sit at a desk 40 hrs a week. My range of motion and pain on that side still exists. I’m super stoked for this!

This was awesome thanks! I’m going to set myself a challenge to do this 3x week for next 2 months to see the difference :-) after 2 babies my hips aren’t what they were in my 20s!! I don’t think im doing the 90 90 correctly though - could you somehow show us a shot from above of how our legs should sit??

I’ve been doing this for a week now and already see a massive difference :-) This weekend I’ve been for two long walks with my 3yr old in my backpack and before my hips would have been aching like mad after just one of these walks - but they feel absolutely fine! I’ve been working on hip strength for the past 2 yrs, who knew it was mobility that I needed!! I’m gobsmacked!! Thanks team ❤

Ive been working on strengthening and stretching hips, glutes and my core as I recently was diagnosed with IT Band Syndrome and SI Joint Pain. Assuming these would be good exercises to do for these conditions???

Ooof. This was hard. Is it normal to get a cramping feeling in the hips? The lifting the heel and lifting the knee alternating was the hardest for me and my hips did not like it. Going to keep working at it for sure!!

Wow! I wouldn't have thought you sit at a desk most of the day given how active you are. Similar to you, I work at a desk, I have 2 round children but prioritise mobility and exercise around these responsibilities to look after me. What explosive work do you do/recommend to help build mobility and reduce injury? Such as box jumps etc

When doing the 90 90 90 hip exercise, I am so challenged to pick my heel up, especially the left one. Is there any way to work on the external rotation strength? I've done this 3 times and love it! Making it a weekly occurrance.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sticky hips ". I get what feels like a catch in my hips. I'm pretty sure I have arthritis in both hips also. Are these stretches safe if I do?

I had knee surgery so it's hard to do the ones where you have to bend your knee 90 degrees and also difficult to drive my knee into the ground. Do you have alternate exercise that I can use for these tight hips?

Oh dear Lord! I could barely finish 90-90 move with alternative raise of the knee and ankle because my hip joint would cramp so badly! (I've only had this same experience but with a calf cramp in the middle of the night 😂). So is this what you mean by sitcky or what is it?? 😢
