I love your workouts! The only thing I would like more of is back strengthening. I relieved my neck pain from working on my upper bank and women don't tend to work those muscles enough. Thank you!

Did this one for the first time and really wanted to quit 5 min into it... so hard!! Do you recommend this workout for someone with really tight hip flexors? This is challenging me to the max!! Especially one legged exercises and the hip dips - I've got such small range of motion... Any way I can modify these?

I was gonna do your workout but the fact that you have ads THROUGHOUT the workout is a big no! Who wants to be interrupted by ads and have to get up to skip it???????? Going back to Move with Nicole

Your lost. I practice this workout multiple times a week and it’s not an issue 😂 it’s such a great Pilates class despite a 5 second ad (which gives you the chance to get in a couple extra reps and get a great burn) 😂
