Welcome to your 30-minute full body workout, all you need is a pair of dumbbells.
This workout is the workout that we will be doing for the whole month of October as part of The Consistency Challenge.
The Consistency Challenge is a sustainable workout plan that is beginner friendly. It is designed to help busy moms find consistency with exercise to gain confidence, strength & self-efficacy.

There are minimal prompts to the exercises through this workout, so if you would like more confidence in the moves, please check out the October Demo Video where I take you through all the moves in greater detail.
The Workout:
Warmup (3 moves, 30 seconds of each, 2 rounds)
1. Superman with a lat pull
2. Bear hold with toe & shoulder taps
3. Standing march with dumbbell hold
The Workout (4 moves, 10-12 reps of each, 3 rounds)
1. Lateral lunge step out with overhead press & balance
2. Sumo squat with bicep curl & pulse
3. B-stance deadlift to alternating upright row/forward raise
4. Lying overhead lat pull to glute bridge
