Join me for a 30 min INTENSE DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT to challenge both your strength and cardio. This routine is quite a challenging one with several jumping movements throughout and low impact modifications provided. Warm up and cool down are included in todays routine. During the workout, intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (today I'll be using two 10LB weights). So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

Oh my days this was tough even with some modifications. Got to the end tho , not bad for this 57 year old Nana . Determined to stay fit & strong , using weights is a game changer for me . Xx

This was the perfect workout for today! I’m fighting a really bad cough, so I followed the dialed-down cardio, and really enjoyed the slow, time-under-tension weight work. Also, no repeats? Yes! And not feeling pressured to go up in weight? A relief!

Probably one of my favorite workouts of yours! I like the variety of moves, doing different moves each time psychologically helps me get through it! Can't get bored and I tell myself I can do anything for 40 seconds! Thanks for doing this!

Loved this one as well! No repetitive movements for adapters. On lung jumps I can jump with two feet in front but not with one leg behind so able to do the move halfway in between!!! Sweat is pouring down which is one of my goals! Thank you, Mik! I’ve become really into your workouts!☺️

Wow, I love when you add new workouts that was amazing. You have inspired me so much to keep coming back for more, two things I would love is more breathing cues as I always seem to forget when to inhale and went to exhale. I know it should be obvious.
