Hi Maris, I love your videos! I haven't been able to do yoga for a number of years after some back problems. I have recently found your Yin yoga videos and they have encouraged me to be so much more mindful whilst practising. I feel I can practise again without fear of injury. I would love to see some videos focusing on lower back, hip opening and sciatica muscles in the yin yoga style, super slow and meditative! Thank you! Kate

Woke this morning not as rested as usual. Started to do a cardio pilates only to abandon. Went right to you just to chill. What I love about this routine was the silence between the moves (though you still have the best voice out there). I notice you now have an intermediate and advanced section. Is this new? Keep up the good work. You're very good at what you do and much appreciated.

I love your videos so much! However, I do have a few suggestions. More voice-overs (you do this on some of them) and no music would be great! I like adding my own music while doing yoga, and it's much easier to pair the music with your videos when there is voiceover and no music. Just a thought- thanks so much for all of your awesome videos! :)
