Lesley - I've been journeying through all your videos. I thought I would try to consistently make it through the 90 day series but I always find myself on my mat aware of what my body is craving - - - abs/hitt/shoulders. . . I find myself drawn to titles of videos rather the constancy of the 90 day series. Thank you for all your amazing practices and sharing them with us all, I am growing so much in my breath and flexibility. Namaste :)

Did this whilst in recovery from a fever, had to skip a little of the middle because my body wasn't strong enough, but still feel amazing after doing most of the practice! Thank you Lesley! Maybe i'll get healthy quicker because of your yoga ;)

Teary eyed today, but holding it together for my son. Tomorrow's mom's 2nd year she went away. This practice made me sweat. I could not think of an intention, 😳. So I just used the same from yesterday "I am capable." I couldn't remember the quote after sitting up. I rewound it & I do recall the delicateness of her voice. Maybe that's why I forgot the quote. Love you Lesley. Thank you all for allowing us to practice. On difficult days, it's all I know as far as getting my emotions tamed. 🙏🏻💕💕🕯️

Cathy B Wonderful!!! I love Canada. I grew up in Buffalo, New York and we spent our summers in Fort Erie and traveled a few times to Montreal and Toronto. I traveled from San Francisco to Alaska and got to camp all through British Columbia and Yukon Territory...the campgrounds were lovely and Victoria was beautiful. I went to Vancouver a couple of years ago and loved it there too!!

Fold Erie is so beautiful! I spend a lot of time there in the Summer! I am in Ontario, about a 45 minute drive from the amazing Toronto. Your British Columbia adventures sound lovely! I visit family there about every 2-3 years. I forget how beautiful my country really is. Thanks for the reminder :)

Hi Lesley. So I randomly picked another instructor to vary the classes I am doing and came across Tim Senesi. Then one class I saw he was at this exact spot so of course I was curious. And then another class I heard you introducing him. Random isn't always random after all. Thank you again for this class, your yoga and now your recommendation. Thank you again Lesley! Practicing with you always seems to turn my day around. I have been trying to focus on my breath more and listening to my body. I can't do all the poses yet, but I believe I will get there in time. Most of all, it's been great to take the time each day for me to be with me :-)

No matter how strong your core is, if your shoulders aren't stable, side plank is extremely difficult and potentially dangerous - and if you can't access that pose in the full iteration, that limits how helpful it is for core strengthening. Not much of a core workout when you're on your bottom knee. ;) I tend to shy away from yoga "core" workouts because they inevitably rely on tons of planks and side planks. I love that you also focus on the back and other ways to access the core!

I really loved this one! It was challenging in places but if we don't challenge ourselves in life how can we move forward? :) I'm glad I overcame that plank - side plank - wild thing - lizard combination! I will have to try it again once I've got to the end of the 90 days and see if there's a difference!

Lisa P thank you so much!! The language is called Sanskrit and it's one of the oldest languages. It's not used anymore except in yoga and by scholars. I agree...it's a beautiful language! xx

This class was funny. Its been actually 24 days, I feel like I am doing the 90 day fix wrong, yet I always follow your classes everyday, sometimes I cant afford time for 30min so I change it for quickies and sometimes I want a longer practice I change it for longer practice. But with this modifications I noticed more strenght and flexibility and I feel more lighter and calmer. Thanks for this challenge and all other videos.

130323 I nearly skipped over this practice, core work wasn't really calling me this evening; But then I did it anyway. I'm glad, even though the series at the end with wild thing and twisting into lizard is way beyond my ability (for now). The rest of the practice has me feeling good. Thank you! Namaste.

+Erin Talia Hi Erin! Thank you so much! Yes, as you're getting stronger you can put your knee of your bottom leg down on the mat. Keep your belly muscles engaged as you do and then the next step would be to keep both legs straight with one leg in front of the other (so the bottom leg's heel would be in front of the top leg's toes). :-)

Thank you. That one foot on the ground, other leg in the air had my legs shakin'. It was really burning in my front hip area / upper quad. My hips need all around better mobility / flexibility. I'm guessing this is related, I found a big ole knot in the muscle just below my left hip (upper IT band maybe?). Want to watch a grown man cry, be near me while rolling out that knot on the foam roller. Enough of my aches and pains. Thank you for your hard work.

Found it hard going today, body quite tight. Might be because it is daylight saving with the clocks going forward an hour, rather than 6 am it feels 5am. Hope you're very well?

Hi! loved this one! I've noticed that sometimes my knees hurt during bridge pose.. I don't think that's normal, is there a common mistake that I might be doing? My feet are parallel, but I feel my knees tend to go inward and are not aligned with the second toes.

heeelp Lesley, since I started your 90 days program, I've gained 2 kg more. before I practiced your yoga classes 4 times per week for 3 years and I got fitter and lost lots of kg after my pregnancy. how is that possible? by the way I really appreciate your classes especially yoga ashtanga

funny story so my dog usually just lets me be when doing yoga but this video he kept barking at I think he was barking at the water. He would bark then go crazy and run around for a bit. I just thought I would share it was funny to watch wish I wouldve caught it on video to share. ;)
