And as always, it's so beautiful! Dancing with Kaleila is a special kind of joy, it's incredibly pleasant I love all the combos, my favorite is the "Money" part Thanks a bunch, Kaleila, Mina and Elle! 191 active calories, 141/163 average/max heart rate.

So fun 🤗 nice to see kaleila again❤ her dance workouts are always fun to do. My faves were combo with the grapevine move in it, the 1st combo and last combo with gangster walk in it ❤️👍🙂💪

That was a great workout!! I just need it in half the speed, because i didn't understand how to do 90% of the moves 😅

This workout was so confusing to follow. As soon I figured out a move, you immediately switched to something else. And calling multiple moves “walk it out” or “rock it out” made me never know what was coming next.
