Hi there? I really enjoyed the workout. I just purchased a bow flex inter-changing kettle bell. It’s very useful because overtime I know I will be upping the weight and it’s compact and doesn’t take up much space in my gym. I just also like to thank you for making your workouts easy to follow and gives you a good workout

Oh thanks, yes I try to make/edit them to be easy to follow. I’ve seen those Kettlebells but never used one. Definitely a space saver if comfy enough to hold.

I found this searching for beginner kettle bell workout. I'm 65 yo lady. Have done kettle bell b4 but has been a while. This was really great. Love your presentation, well thought out and easy to follow. No need for chatter, loud music. I used very light kettle bell just to get back into the "swing" of it😊 Great job, will keep returning to this awesome workout. Thank you. Jo from Oz.

Great workout video! Very clean and clear. I appreciate seeing the name of the move as "Up Next" -- but for newbies such as myself, it would be useful to continue to display the name of the move, so that I can learn the names and associate them with the movements. That's my only complaint. Great video! Thanks for making this.

Good video. What about a cool down portion? Or is it not super important? I mean once you stop you're body is cooling down, right?
@TomPetoTraining3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I think warm up is more important than a cool downs & keeping videos relatively short makes people a lot more likely to get them done.

How heavy is your kettlebell here, and also what do you recommend for a beginner weight? I'm not new to dumbbell workouts, but new to kettlebells. I'm 195lbs, 5'10... definitely out of shape, haha. Thanks man!
@TomPetoTraining3 жыл бұрын
I’m using a 10kg (22lb) one. If I was doing it not as a demo I’d workout a 16kg (35lb) personally but most beginners start with 8-10kg (17-22lb). If you’re lower back is strong go for a 12kg though (26lb). Hard to tell without seeing you move!

Fair enough, what weight did you use? Was it the pace of workout or exercise techniques themselves that you found too challenging as a beginner?
