► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️4 Full Body Supersets (2 moves per circuit, one dumbbell strength exercise and one power move)
✔️Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the strength exercise and 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for the cardio/power exercise)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
Strength: Single Arm Row + Clean + Uneven Squat Into Lateral Lunge
Power: Lateral Shuffle + Dumbbell Clean Pick Up
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
Strength: Reverse Lunge + Twist + Single Arm Hammer Curl
Power: Lunge Drops
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
Strength: Beast Dumbbell Drag + Plank Push Up
Power: Burpee + Single Arm Press
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
Strength: Single Leg Glute Bridge + Skull Crusher
Power: Reverse Crunch with Overhead Pull + Seated Twist

Morning routine: 1. Feed kids breakfast 2. Get them settled in on a task/playing 3. Do whatever Lindsey tells me to do for that day! Yes I get interrupted but I do it all until it’s done, and I am such a healthier mamma for it! This month is my 1 year NML-iversary! Thank you Team NML for keeping me fit with 4 kiddos!

This was a really fun and challenging workout. Definitely one of my favorites. I love full-body workouts because I alternate strength days with running days. So fun and effective! All of these moves felt fluid and really challenged me. Plus, single dumbbell meant I could use my 20 and 25 lbs. Solid mobility warm-up and cool down, this one is definitely going on my repeat list.

Hi Lindsey! I heard you mention heart disease in your family and in women! I am a master health coach and so glad you mentioned that you are aware of it. Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death in women, but surveys show women tend to think they are more likely to die of cancer, particularly breast cancer. The most important thing to remember is that heart disease kills more women than all types of cancer combined. It's considered a silent killer in women b/c they don't know the warning signs: Women are more likely than men to have heart attack symptoms unrelated to chest pain, such as: Neck, jaw, shoulder, upper back or upper belly (abdomen) discomfort Shortness of breath Pain in one or both arms Nausea or vomiting Sweating Lightheadedness or dizziness Unusual fatigue Heartburn (indigestion) If you could please share that valuable information and maybe more about what you do to stay on top of it! I really liked this workout - especially praising God for being able to do split jumps 😂 Reminded me of the old days when you had a water bottle with Jesus stickers. The merch, shorts, and product reviews are all great, but the best thing yall can do is keep encouraging women and sharing Gods love for them!

How can you NOT love strength training?! 150 cals in 30 mins (I know "burning cals" isn't the "measure" but it just goes to show how high HR/output is and I LOVE IT!)

This was spicy! Maybe should have set my watch to HIIT instead of functional strength. I started my workout by doing 4 sets of 12 pushups….i keep adding on to the May members only challenge! Going to get to 100 and be a mom who does 100 pushups! Thanks for another great workout!

Felt so strong doing this workout today after completing the Metcon100 last week. I was able to do pushups on my toes for this workout when I usually have to do them on my knees!! 💪🏻

Love it! For the ones who cannot make to the end the 1st time: do you suggest to do all circuits once, keeping up with the pace, or to take much longer pauses between circuits and do them twice? Thanks for your advise!

Thanks for a great workout! Not sure if it was intentional or not (or if it was just my experience) but there were more commercials during the workout than usual. I noticed they usually happen during water breaks which is cool but for this workout at least 2 were in the middle of a circuit and it threw me off. I’m not sure if you can do anything about this but just wanted to mention it. 🙏🏼

I am still getting ads in the middle of 40 second workout sets instead of on the breaks. I loved this work out though and got a couple of longer sets I guess.

Tried this at 10,300 elevation...😂. Not happening. Will do it another time when we are back down to 5000 or less. SHOUT OUT to all you Colorado ladies who do this in this elevation every time! You would kick my butt in PA elevation. Lol
