My 6 year old came in to the living room mid-session and asked why the ladies were so small. She thought they had been shrunk and were standing in front of a white door. Lol. Now I can't stop seeing it. Great workouts btw! Makes me excited to exercise. Thank you

Videos are great. I recommend maybe at the beggining of the video, right before beginning the exercises, putting a preview of each exercise that will be done so people can have an idea of what's to come.

This workout is tough, but it's the best! Do it constantly and you'll feel fantastic. I'm 67 and I do it. If I can, you can too.

I’m 69 years old . Since my twenties, I’ve done aerobics, running, trampoline and biking . The most important workout is weight lifting . What you do in your twenties, thirties, forties and fifties pays off when you are in your Sixties. I lift heavy in the gym and I’m as strong as I was in my twenties. Working out with instructors such as this girl insures doing everything correctly . Hiring a weight trainer teaches correct posture and technique. Workout instructors are the best people to surround yourself with .

Hi Hollie!! So everyone is different depending on body type, muscle mass, metabolism, etc. BUT depending how hard you work it, I'd say up to 300 cals can be burned with this workout! 🔥❤️🥰

Just want to thank you, been doing the routine for 3 months now 3 times a week. I have lost 10 pounds and reduiced my cholestrol to 1/5 the level it was when i started.

@@5hineepropertyofleetaemin I wish they would suggest something small-space friendly. Not everyone can allow the space of the gym size. There should be a warning "not for a small apartment". I was enthusiastic at the begining but it's no go for me now. Not for a cramped space at all. I will wait for suggestions which are more small-space quarantine times friendly.

a rough estimate would be anywhere between 100- 500. That is how much it depends on not so much your weight but lean muscle mass and fitness level.

I didnt realize the first 3 min were a warmup and i was already sweating and out of breath. Shame on me for that, but thank you for posting a video like this that i could start trying to improve my health from the privacy of my home! I had to alter some things and rewind a bit, some of the moves confused me but thats because i dont know what any of them are. Ive finished the video and am dripping sweat. Thanks again, hopefully i see improvement in my balance and with the stretches in the following days.

I'm underweight and have a stomach disorder so it's hard for me to exercise regularly. I've started again and want to do at least 3-4 of these workouts a week. Recently found this channel and it's great. I pushed myself to do this whole workout and I feel great. Really like Nicole too, she's my favourite instructer.
