I love no repeats for cardio/bodyweight workouts so I can move my body in lots of ways. But for strength workouts, definitely prefer repeats so I can go up in weight on succeeding rounds!

It just depends somedays I love repeat workouts and some days I just want a variety no repetition but I know that with repetition comes maximum gain! Regardless your workouts are amazing Penny!

WOW!!! This was an amazing workout! I love how you included the HIIT at the end of the workout to really give a tough cardio blast! The leg work was intense with weights and the chair it required balance and worked the core! Like I say 30 minutes by no means is easy! I was really challenged in this one! THANK YOU PENNY 🦵😀❤️

I totally agree with this. Since ive started to do your sessions I really noticed how poor my balance has become (but with an acl, glute and hip jnjury all on my right side I suppose it's to be expected 😫) it just frustrates me then tho cus I don't get in as many reps as I'd like too l I'm focusing on trying not to fall over 🙈🤣) I'm a naturally strong person but not when it comes to lifting weights but then this is probably more due to not consistently lifting them. I would say my lower body is where most of my strength is and when I work on each section individually I can push through but the challenge I find (and its a good thing cus I've seen many improvements since I started) is the exercises that incorporate both as I find my upper body holds me back - example in this workout the section where the curtsy lunge with the Squat single arm press 😳😳😳😳😳😳 my body just said no and I was only using 4kg DB 😫 same with the side plank and dB press 😢 as an x International rugby player my rotator cuffs are in dyer need of new ones 🤦♀️ but with your modifications I am able to adapt quickly and are part of the reason why I love your workouts so much. Ideally my body needs rubbed out and drew all over again but i will plough on 👊👌💪 Thank you Stacey-lea

@@garagefitnessgirl I love the repeats for strength training. It helps to fucus on that muscle for growth. No repeats for cardio is good for me😃. I trick the body with different moves. Depending on the day. Repeats are good in strength training I get to improve if my form was off the 1st set or I get to lift higher also endurance is improved

I love the variety of repeats and no repeats you design... Can't complain about any of your workouts you provide us! 💪 😊 The repeats are great for more traditional hypertrophy/strength which are my goals, and the no repeats are great for variety and confusing the body, and can be a fun way to shake things up! The only workouts I tend to skip are the bodyweight centered ones because of my own past injuries that get aggravated by many of the bodyweight movements, but I know they are a favorite for many others, and wish I could join in on the fun when these pop up! And a personal wish is that I do wish the videos came out a tad bit earlier tho! I'm in Ontario Canada and workout early in the mornings, so I have to save new videos for later in the week bc they come out after my morning workout lol. But I know trying to time the uploads for everyone's preference globally is quite impossible, and I'm sure figuring out upload time is also quite the experiment with the algorithm! 🤦♂️ Thank u for your awesome workouts, Penny! 🤗 💪 I've gotten so much stronger and leaner, thanks to you! I didn't think I could get a solid workout in at home, but dang, u proved me wrong! 🏋🏼♂️

I am a repeat person for strength! I like to switch it up with no repeats eve so often but you can’t beat progressive overload! Also these moves seem amazing to do for a leg day where they are repeated!

What a good workout! It felt, to me, more like a HIIT workout. I do prefer repeats and super sets for strength building, and maybe a 30s rest. But I do love your percentage bar and how you broke the circuit with abs
