Just purchased some bands and am loving the new challenges and stretching they bring. Thank you for having challenging workouts for the bands on your channel. Question, do you happen to have a core reformer workout...I'm finding the core reformer bands very challenging to learn how to use. Anyway, thank you for continuing to share your talents with all of us...Pilates has changed my body and energy levels like nothing else I've ever tried. You are a blessing, Rachel💞🌎

I enjoy your classes more than any other and depend on them greatly since we can't attend Pilates classes in person during lockdown. I enjoy the variety and your Knee cvv classes for Seniors have really helped reduce my knee pain whilst waiting for a knee replacement. Thank you very much 💐🥰

First time...went well. I’m 68 and fairly healthy but a bit out of shape...been a dancer and small time frisbee competitor...and I walk a lot. Life is much different now and this was great. I feel energized and will ignore muscle objections and press on tomorrow!

Love these classes.I too was a dancer.I am 76 and I am still teaching on zoom to friends in our road a step class and yoga .

I don’t have a band as yet but did the exercises using my body core which was very challenging😳. Your new studio is looking incredible. How lucky you are to have such a talented husband. He deserves a GOLD MEDAL 🥇.

whew this was tough i had to do it on my bed to support my back (I had surgery a few years ago) I love the band So looking forward to seeing your new digs!!!!! Yay to Kerwin for all his hard work

Hi Rachel! It is Cheryl in a snowy, icy, and very cold Richmond, Virginia. What a great workout. I really enjoyed it and loved the variety. I loved the Ko-fi "movie"! The studio looks great. Tell Kerwin he did a wonderful job and I am very envious that he knows how to do all of that! I am glad that you are feeling better too! We missed you last week:) (Perhaps more chocolate??)

Hi Rachel I just used my band for the first time thanks because of my hips I could only lift one leg at a time for the side stretch can u just explain where we should hold the band around our feet ...but it was great ...Veronica Canada

Hi, first time with this lesson. I have been doing some of the other sessions on most days. I have stopped my 6mile power walks because I have shin splints in one leg. Can you suggest excercises to help with this problem. Stephanie
