OMG first time trying your workouts! So much energy and soooo much fun! I just subscribed to you 😊😊😊 I am 9 months PP and am trying to lose the extra 20 lbs. mind you, I have been intermittent fasting for 5 months now doing cardio 3x and resistance 2x. I weigh 20 lbs less than my pre pregnancy weight. C section momma of 4 here. I cant wait to see what happens doing these workouts for 8 weeks. Wish me luck 😅❤. God bless.

Enjoy the swat fest! I added some 3 pound hand weights to my work out and spiced it up a bit. Great variety and with longer intervals, you could feel the burn

This one was a lot of fun. Good pacing, lots of moves that make martial arts sense and aren't just conversions of targeted muscle group training. Yes, there's that too, but conditioning workouts are always a good thing. Really enjoyed this one, look forward to more! (You can even hear me still recovering my breath and not typing in complete sentences, lol!)
