i've been sleep deprived the whole week and could barely find energy to work out. i started doing the 20 minute workouts and always failed to finish them so i figured 5 minutes is better than nothing. with my current low energy it was hard to get through but i am thankful for this video and channel, it makes a difference in my day

I've tried this exercise several times already and I absolutely love it 💗! It is so effective that I can feel the burn in such a short time. I wish I could hit Like button every time I do this.

I've struggled with the idea of workouts (chronic illness & motivation) as well as the intimidation of long workouts which i cant finish, so starting off with simple quick ones i can fit in is so wonderful. I've started this one today & plan to do it daily & hope to build up to longer ones as i build strength & stamina. Thank you for these inspirational videos 😊

You bring up a good point. I’ve practiced yoga , ballet, also Pilates style workout on my own for years. Now that I’m older, I can’t put pressure on my wrists or eyes. But there are many people that can and Nicole’s workouts are balanced. What I’ve done is pre-viewed classes and ‘saved’ a series of her classes that are wrist & eye friendly. I’ll add this one as well. I have * Move with Nicole* for Pilates and barre. I have * Yoga With Bird * for a slow meditative style of yoga that is gentle for my older body.

I really love this workout. For someone who used to do intermediate workouts and now have several autoimmune diseases my workouts have changed to super easy low impact. This was perfect. Thank you.

Great! Love doing standing ab workouts because most of the times my hips "pop" when doing laying ab excersices. I find it hard to keep my lower back glued to the floor beneath me.

I think this 5 mins workout killed me 😂 I like it though since I’m trying to get back to exercising but always get unmotivated from 20mins long exercises. I mean it’s not easy to start exercising again after you’ve stopped for quite a long time.

I am loving the short 5 minute workouts it works for me so well, Thank you again and I will be going through these over the next week as I am part of a Hauora journey which is health journey. After I week I have lost weight and feeling so strong. I went out to the community garden and over the last month I could only do limited movements, now I can squat while harvesting, move more strongly. I have noticed that being vegan has added a little more oompfh in my daily life feeling empowered and confident

This was such a fun workout!! You really brought me back to the time when I used to practice kung-fu! This one is most definitely a new favorite! 👏👏👏 The side leg lifts are perfect for the hips, and the punches are great for the waist and arms. Always super effective! Such a perfect workout! My favourite abs workout ever! Always helping me to lose just those oxtra 2 or 1 kg, haha. i also feel so happy doing this workout. Thank you so much. You are absolutely amazing, i also would love to mention i love the balance between that's it's effective but also not hard to do, and when its hard it's not enjoyable anymore i love how you're using that balance, those days there are few trainers like you who bring the balance to keep the fun of sport so yeah thanks a lot ♥️
