I found Rachel in March 2020 when I started working at home and feel exactly the same. I started with the 10 and 15 minute standing sessions and now can do the more challenging 30 min routines. My muscle tone, strength and balance are so much improved. I feel so good after doing these routines, especially the standing ones.

You have a fan in Arizona, USA. I just finished this workout and I love it. I'm 68, was able to do all of it except the final stretches - I modified those because I can't kneel due to arthritis in my knees. So I found an alternate way to stretch those muscles while still standing. Please continue to make standing workouts. I'm sure many of your viewers/fans can't do mat work on the floor.

Thank you Rachel this was an amazing Osteo class for me. Love your sweet smile and ways of teaching. The classes have been wonderful for my health and strengthening my balance. I have osteoporosis as well as osteo arthritis, which makes it hard for me to move in my lower back. I still feel so much better all day after I finish a class. Thank you for all your efforts to help all of us out here to regain our balance and muscle tone. Look forward to working with you everyday.

Thank you, I can see from last time I did this, my posture and balance are definitely improving, after losing one balance nerve on right side from brain surgery. I saw this video description and thought “why not”! I’ve been doing the seniors or beginner Pilates. At first my thought was to quit, it’s too hard. I’m so glad I made the decision and to stay with it. I felt amazing afterwards and a sense of accomplishment!

I had knee and hip replacement on my right side in 2020. I have been following you and doing your standing and sitting session for 60 plus.
