a great creative one. I found it quite effective if using at least two set of dumbbells, one heavier and one lighter one. You can start with the heavier one, ensuring you keep the form and if you cannot complete the full 60 seconds, drop down to the lighter dumbbell.... that will make you completely knackered towards the end!

Loved it! Even 6 months pregnant I rocked it out but modified the burpees with steps instead of a jump 👊🏻 got a good sweat and my preggo hips loved the squats and dumbbell “kettle” swings

This was so good! Well paced and balanced. I also used a 10# dumbbell and it was challenging but not horribly so. I have not been this sweaty in a very long time. This one really stokes the fire. Thank you again and again. Another to add to my favorites list! Your workouts never disappoint!

LOVED IT!! This was short and to the point and was a killer workout! The hubby and I crushed it together! I used a 15lb weight for all except the repeaters/front press! Was to failure on most moves, especially for the upper body ones! More like this one girl! You rocked it! 🥳❤️💪🏻

The first round I had a bird dog with DB front raise and a good morning with alt tricep extension - I liked the moves I replaced them with better 💯 the first one was too much and the second too little. I will also mute myself occasionally when I say one thing but actually mean another lol thanks for the feedback - I can increase the mic volume 😀

I liked the workout , but at times a I found the combined exercises in a single rep a little difficult to follow. Someone still new at mind muscle connection I found myself spending more time understanding the movement than doing the exercise with correct form. Apart from this I liked everything else, the energy the rhythm and overall vibe was good. I will probably retry it later after having a bit more experience with basic moves.

This is a solid workout but starting off the warm up with lunges doesn’t feel right. I need to get my legs warmed up before I start working out. To me lunges are working out.
