Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certifications as RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and are also Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP). They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

I’m not one to repeat workouts often, as I’m cursed by the “constantly-varied” mentality… but I really enjoyed this routine and feel like it’s my new default 20min movement go-to practice. Very well balanced and efficient session. Thanks Flo. Love the page. Keep raising the vibrations.

The 20-25min classes are my favorites. I am a single mom and I can only manage to find about an hour for yoga and meditation in the day. This one was great. I will be repeating this one.

AMAZING class 😍 I love the build-up from lower lunge+warrior 3 prep to crescent lunge+warrior 3. Lots of great chair poses on toes, too! Namaste :)

Great flow! Love those lunges, side planks, and warrior 3's. That was a real challenge. It always surprises me how much stronger one leg is for balances than the other

I love your teaching, I'm getting truly stronger, you push it just enough to make real growth without spending all my time in child's pose and dd, really enjoying myself, and doing a lot of healing, after just a month. Been hesitant to do too much yoga lately because I hurt my wrist snowboarding. But loading up KZbin and seeing this video pop-up, made it too hard to not give it a go. Even though the side planks were a little bit rough on my wrist, I really felt how strong I've gotten the past couple of months from your videos, even with a hurt wrist. Thank you Flo!

After several random Embark program's classes, this was less difficult that I expected. Yet challenging, but probably the silence created a better connection with the breath. That was definitely the key to sustain the poses!
