I’m not one to repeat workouts often, as I’m cursed by the “constantly-varied” mentality… but I really enjoyed this routine and feel like it’s my new default 20min movement go-to practice. Very well balanced and efficient session. Thanks Flo. Love the page. Keep raising the vibrations.

Great flow! Love those lunges, side planks, and warrior 3's. That was a real challenge. It always surprises me how much stronger one leg is for balances than the other

Been hesitant to do too much yoga lately because I hurt my wrist snowboarding. But loading up KZbin and seeing this video pop-up, made it too hard to not give it a go. Even though the side planks were a little bit rough on my wrist, I really felt how strong I've gotten the past couple of months from your videos, even with a hurt wrist. Thank you Flo!

After several random Embark program's classes, this was less difficult that I expected. Yet challenging, but probably the silence created a better connection with the breath. That was definitely the key to sustain the poses!
