3rd time hitting this great upper body killer! Did this one with my son today and he was so sweaty and struggling, it was great! And guess who can do the single leg pushups now?! This girl! They aren't quick because I still struggle with pushups and I try to make them good ones but I am working hard at them! RAWR!

Another excellent training for today coach ,i fill my lunches with energy and mainly fill them because my equipment is poor because i have only ,here i am now ,a pair of 5 kilos dumbbells ,but afterwords ,your work out is the best for strong and tight upper body ,since my lower body is well done training because of cycling which help me a lot to make strong and ripped legs !!! Thank you very much again for all those exciting work out videos and for you excellent job that you made to do something like that !!!

Holy shaky arms Batman! I combined this with your standing abs routine and feel great! I definitely need work on pushups but I hung in there with you until the last exercise where you were doing pushups and then kicking the feet out. I had to go down on my knees for that one but hope to improve on that! I was in such a rut with my fitness and you've brought life back into my routine, I am so excited again and feeling good!

silly question-if you don't feel a burn with a certain exercise does that mean you need a little heavier weight?

not a silly question! I'd say if it's not somewhat of a struggle after 10 reps, you feel like you could do 5+ more and you've been sticking with the same weights for awhile, try going up! You probably are ready! As long as you can keep perfect form 🤗💗

Can you please add additional rest time so you have enough time to explain the next exercise.?m I feel like I’m rewinding every set so I can get the full 50 seconds of work because your explanation doesn’t start until after the bell chimes for the next exercise
