AAAAARRRRRGGHHHHH THEM ARMS!!!!! WHY ARE THEY TREMBLING SO MUCH????? Seriously, though, the push-ups are usually my favorites and this time it wasn't any different. Just a quick note for the uninitiated: in Kat language, when she says "no cardio today", you pause the video after the warm-up and go jump rope for 10 minutes or so then you come back. It does wonders! RAAAAAAWWWWRRR

I wanted an arm workout and I got it all and more! This is just what I needed to start a long day. I am a student and am on a Computer so much so these back and arm workouts are a life saver! You should teach at schools lol this would change the game for students

This was a great workout! Yesterday was a heavy squat & deadlift day for me, so my legs are super tight and sore, but those mobility-type movements thrown into the workout felt really good! My back cracked really loudly in the tabletop one (it felt great lol), and the side hop things made my sore quads unhappy so I backed off a bit. Definitely fun and interesting!

So good, Kat. Perfect workout today. Dropped down in weight for this one so I could go at a steady tempo and focus heavily on form and core control...you know, take what I'm learning from your movement workouts and really keep it all stabilized. It was awesome! Such a burn! Excited to do your other ones like this, actually. I mean, doing the moves is one thing. Being able to actually feel them where they should be felt is another. I think I'm liking this sudden turn in my fitness journey. And guess who I have to thank for it, girl? 👉😺. (I think that emoji is a cat...ah, well. You know what I mean.) Virtual fist bump over to ya 🤜🤛. Oooh yeeeah.

heyyy Ana, I just finished this workout too! x0x0 I liked the mobility moves. I was sitting there tho wondering how she used 10's for all of these. I used 10s, 8s and 6s depending on the exercise. My baby muscles can't hang. =D

Just finished jogging a mile and now am back home ready to kill this workout >:D Strength training will forever be my favorite ^_^ (Although, I'm happy I'm finally finding joy in doing cardio as well ^_^ ) I did have to switch between my 10 pound weights and my 5 pound weights though, but I still managed to kill this workout and feel so much stronger :D

Ok..I did it again, tried another trainers workout to change up what I do but could not get through it..way too boring and uncreative...you incorporate so many body parts that we do not even know we are using so we get a better workout both physically and mentally!! So I did this one then did one of your Tabata ones to get a longer workout today. RAWR old young lady of nyc
