Build strength and face your fears in this creative and challenging arm balance yoga flow. This is a challenging yet accessible practice that's all levels friendly.

Whether you're more advanced in your yoga practice and want a fun challenge, or if you're new to arm balances and want to build the strength they require to access these poses, this video will give you what you need.
You'll start with a warm-up to build heat, create space in the body, and activate the muscle groups you need to take flight. Then you'll move into a progressive yoga flow centered on several key arm balances to work towards.
You will practice Crow Pose, Crane Pose, Crow Pose push-ups, and Flying Pigeon. This flow is customizable, so add on or back off as you need to, and watch your progress as you revisit this video as many times as you'd like.

I was looking to add a challenge to my morning flow (four variations of sun salutations). So glad I chose to watch this video! I am quite far from some of these poses, but now I have a goal to work towards. Definitely found my challenge. I love how there is always the promise of progress and growth in yoga! Thank you for this video, very clear both visually and verbally, easy to follow along.

This was an awesome flow and I greatly thank you for the sweaty workout. Plus, I was able to do my first-ever flying pigeon (for about 3 seconds).

Indeed this arm balance flow is great but one thing is missing that you are going like a rocket speed. Infact yoga is based on how you breathe and no rush in doing the poses. This is more like excercise.

I find it super painfull pushing my knees against my arms in flying pigion. My 58 year old skin is just to thin for this....I can just handle crow pose, guess I have ot get some arm cushiones made up. Great class though! Thanks.

The wonderful thing about youtube is that you can choose the playback speed. Often I watch things sped up because I'm impatient, but this would be great to do at a .75 speed. Give that a go. Brilliant sequence, and a learnt something new - that fabulous forearm massage with the knee.
