Been doing yoga for 5 years, lots of in studio and youtube practices... This is one of my favorites, wow!! Challenging but not impossible, feel very open and accomplished after :) Definitely could not do the side plank to wheel thing lol. Will work on that!

Good routine but if there is any other way you could record your voice that would be awesome. I couldn't hear you well so I had to continuously look at the video. Looking forward to doing more yoga videos by you !

I think that you should also prepare some longer vinyasas! Love your vids! I've been looking for such a teacher. Maybe prepare a flow focused on press to handstand. I did not see any of that kind on YT. Namaste!

Thanks for a great video! HAd some great different and strength moves. Amazing transition into sitting at the end, going to work towards that.... One thing about the video, the audio isn't very clean and is muffled by the reverb of the room. You should put a mattress on the wall behind where the camera is as it will catch a lot of the reverb and low frequency rumble which is making your voice not as clear. Thanks again

Any advice for someone with weak wrists. I'm a new yogi, can I still do yoga effectively. I want to learn and build my arm and shoulder strength but find plank hard sometimes (have been doing the forearm plank instead) can i still do arm balances with the forearms (not crow obviously, though that is a pose i want to be able to do) any tips to help with wrist pain or ways to slowly build wrist strength
