Perfect thanks guys, just what we wanted. Often the only time we get to include any 'extra' yoga in our day is of an evening and this is a perfect practice to include in our repertoire. Also as a side note, the still picture image for this video looks nothing like the practice detailed in the video (if that matters to you guys at all).

Great video! I definitely had to adjust a few times with the "calf smashes", but the 4 and 5 count breathing really helped to distract from the intensity while keeping the sensation from becoming too overwhelming. I'll definitely be using that in the future - thanks!

Hello, Patric, I wanted to ask for ways to open my hips and shoulders even more. There are a lot of poses that I feel uncomfortable in, and I think it's because of my hips limiting the depth of the pose such as Seated Meditation Pose. If you could point me to other videos of yours that cover that area that would be great. I really like and enjoy your videos. Keep making them ^_^. Thank you.

really good calf beating i needed that, i would've like a bit more instructions when changing poses, love ur approach tho, it was really helpful, i drive alot like ALOT lol my hips my hammies usually suffer definitely looking to further my frog pose:)
