I am 76 years old and you are my favorite fitness instructor! I used to enviously watch the Zumba classes while I was on the Eliptical at the gym and fervently wished that I could keep up with a program like that. You are a great teacher and have fulfilled my wish to Zumba. I am so excited to be able to keep up with you (like you said, it did take several weeks to get the moves down). I am eternally grateful that you have created this series for seniors! This video is my favorite Zumba workout so far. I LOVE the variety of dance steps and your choreography. I love the level of intensity and the brain challenges (3 repeat moves and the 4th with a totally different move}. The only thing I would ask for is an hour of this level and challenge. In order to get my full 60 minute workout for the day, I have to either back up to around the12 minute mark again or go to the most intense part of another one of your videos to finish the hour. Maybe you could just merge 2 videos together? Zumba and Silver Sneakers classes at the gym are an hour so I am used to that duration. And your Zumba is so much more fun than SS! An upper and lower body free weight session twice a week for Osteoporosis would be great. A huge thanks for all you do.

@@FitnessWithCindy My Garmin activity tracker requires 150 intensity minutes for the week. Although I am sweating after this video, I only get 25 minutes. If I add another one of your videos or reverse to just after warmups on this video and repeat, I get over 50 minutes. My Garmin is much happier.

Really great video! I love all your videos and you're a really great instructor. Just a note, I liked that you showed your class, only the movements are really hard to follow when you're trying to watch someone who isn't sure of the steps. If you show your class please make sure your whole body is in shot the whole time. Also because seeing you is my motivation! I love your work outs! You have so much energy and enthusiasm this is the workout channel that has really helped me.

Dear Cindy. I really like your Zumba and cardio workout programs. I’ve subscribed to your KZbin channel. After a couple of weeks of medium-intensity Zumba, I switched to a high-intensity program. You ask us to write our comments and suggestions about your programs. I have one wish: in the program of 30 minute Zumba workout of high intensity in the section with dumbbells, you are not visible, and the group behind you does not give an understanding of what and how to do.
