This is a great exercise and feel extremely pleased with myself as I went from thinking of doing the ten minutes cardio boost through shall I do the 15 minute one to this. I kept on going during the ads and my watch said it was 25 minutes at the finish and definitely feel boosted thanks Cindy 😂 😂

Cindy, this is one of my favorite workouts. You combine several elements in the workout and I like that. I am so lucky that I found your videos. My gym has closed permanently and it was a gym that was geared for us older folks and I do not feel comfortable going to other gyms where the cardio workouts are very intense.

I just found your videos this week by googling "easy dance exercise" and I've been really enjoying them.. I've never been much of an exerciser (just walking, 30-45 min several times a week), but I injured one of my ankles a month or so ago and stopped for a couple weeks and then it's suddenly gotten much colder so I haven't wanted to go out. I'm pretty sure this is much more impactful exercise than the walking (though the outdoors is good for mental health in a different way!) and it's been fun even when I feel like I'm huffing and puffing (because I'm super out of shape and way overweight). Some moves I'm sure I'm doing a little wrong or taking it a bit easy (particularly on that ankle), but my whole body feels awake by the time I'm done and nothing has hurt. Thanks for posting these!

Hi Cindey since lock down l have done many of your classes and loved them all.Q l do then on a carpet, when doing dance should l use my dance shoes,making feet more moveable love hugs June x

Oh boy, this question can stir up mixed opinions even in the health world. Some feel working without shoes helps strengthen your feet , yet doctors that worry about balance and foot problems recommend the support of a shoe. I exercise on carpet at home as well and do both. You have to listen to your body and decide what is best for you. If my arthritis is kicking up in my feet or back, I need the alignment of my sturdy sneakers. If a day with no issues, my bare feet work fine. Yogis do it all the time. Do what works for you. AS LONG AS YOU FEEL SAFE And just keep moving. Stay well!
