Love your 30 minute HIIT workouts! I do them 3x a week between my lift days! It has made a HUGE difference and brought the enjoyment back to my workouts!

That's awesome!! I also offer HIIT live every Tuesday. The format is 25 minutes of hiit and about 10-15 strength if you ever want to check them out. They are available for replay at your convenience.

I did this routine because Nikki is off today. When! The sweat poured. I'm able to do more of the combinations. You notice I said more.😁😁 I'm a work in progress. I've spent the last three Saturdays with Nikki and can't wait for more next week.

Thanks so much, Angela! That was a 128 bpm playlist. 128 is the fastest I offer on my channel. Most videos are between 120 and 128.

I just realized what you said about keeping in sync with you. Tramp size, springs vs bungees, tension, number of attachments, my weight, bouncing strength make it it next to impossible to mirror you in sync. Not like Fit-Boots (new name)

Wow what a workout!! That was SO much fun, especially the music in the first part!! The combos were fun and I did pretty good on them except "knee-knee-twist, double in-double out". What the heck?!?! That was crazy complicated for my brain!! LOL! Loved it though! Thanks Nikki and Jill, my most frequent workout buddies for another great sweaty one!! 😅
